Across the board, the staff at this particular branch was incredibly helpful to me and my wife in our exchange process. Specifically, Jordan White went above and beyond in helping us exchange one piece of jewelry out for something else! He was great! Highly recommend.

I walked in and Summer immediately greeted me! She helped me very kindly with sizing, even though I had no intention of purchasing at the moment. She wasn’t pushy with trying to sell me something either. I had a great experience, and I will definitely be back to purchase! Thank you, Summer!!

Do you want the highest quality jewelry that will have your friends turning green with envy? David Yurman is the place for you. The selection at the boutique is amazing - and like all the other reviewers - I suggest you ask for Summer. She knows her stuff, makes it fun, and takes all the intimidation out of the jewelry buying process.

The sales people were very inattentive to the customers. They were rude and seemed very unhappy that a customer was in the store. I won’t be back to shop at David Yurman after this experience.

The 14mm sculpted Cable bracelet has been on my wishlist for the summer time, i thought it would be paired well with my Tiffany lock & Cartier love bracelet. In a Span of 2 weeks, I have visited the store & each time I was ignored, nobody greeted me, & nobody even bothered to see if I needed help. Even though I knew what I wanted. Today was the last straw for me, for this to be luxury. The customer service is terrible, I have received better customer service from H & M. I called the store to complain however the key holder on the phone was extremely nonchalant & didn't even bother to apologize. The experience at David Yurman in Lenox Square Mall has completely turned me against the brand. Save your time everyone just go to Cartier, Tiffany or even purchase your products online. The customer service is terrible. I wouldn't recommend.

I was in David Yurman at Lenox Square in Buckhead today to make a return. I called ahead to make sure the item I needed was available, the person I spoke with was kind enough to put the item I requested aside. When I arrived I was immediately greeted; and asked if I needed anything specific. When I told them my name my bracelet had been set aside and waiting for me.After its’ retrieval, I was introduced to Ms. Summer Salehi Tabrizi, a Brand Ambassador. She was a delight to work with, very kind, patient, and professional. I wanted to exchange my bracelet because it looked almost the same as the one I already had. Summer made great suggestions, told me a little about herself, her tenure with David Yurman, and her status as one of the top associates (After I politely asked about the beautiful pins she was wearing. she did not brag on herself or try to impress me). Every person I came in contact with was extremely personable and engaging.Jeremiah, the store manager was equally kind and went so far as to tell about his years long history with high end retail, and indulged me for several minutes showing me the latest additions to the men’s collection. I love DY jewelry and will return to this location in the future. Usually one has to buy customer service, today I was given stellar customer service with respectful attention until I left. Summer is truly a jewel and an asset to this store and company as a whole. For this reason, I highly recommend the Buckhead location. This is my new DY store. Many thanks Ms. Tabrizi.

Had a bracelet repaired which I called in to check on-It's been ready for pickup for 1 month. Was told they called and left a message. I asked the associate who called and left a message and she stated unfortunately they did not initial the form this time.Repairs are definitely not worth it at all-It's almost the price of a new bracelet. I will never shop at this location again EVERZERO STARS

My son visited this location 04/22 to purchase me a gift. He (a young African American, dressed in his work uniform) told me that he waited over 10 minutes in the store before being helped. He said the Asian lady was very rude & didn’t allow him to see or hold the item until after his card was swiped & approved. He also stated it was a caucasian customer there at the same time he was that they allowed to hold items & try them on. This breaks my heart. Companies should not allow their employees to treat people unfairly because of the color of someone’s skin or appearance. My 19 year old son is a hard working electrician as well as a student. He was excited & proud to gift me with something I really wanted. I had to apologized to him for having such a horrible experience. I do not want anything else from DY! I hope this message gets to someone in the company that cares & addresses this issue.

I'm ALWAYS treated like royalty when I shop here! I came in to pick up my jewelry that I had repaired. They charged me MUCH less than I expected, and it looks BRAND new!!! What a blessing!!??
