The older lady working at the Roswell location had terrible customer service. She was rude and had a terrible attitude toward customers. I have a business and I would never treat or let my employees treat customers the way she does.

If I can give 0 I would. I’m blessed and have been all over the world and easy to love people without conditions. But I got yelling at by the worst white lady in store saying that the shoes has been worn. I totally understand if I can’t return it even though I bought the one that already has scratches on it(my bad that I didn’t take a picture). All I’m saying that you don’t need to yell with attitude I’m not looking for fight I’m just explaining that I didn’t get the new shoes I got the used one when I bought it. Anyway, hope you store success and all your stuffs have a great life.For the new customers, please check every items with store assistants before you leave!
