I didn’t necessarily have the greatest experience, the choices are limited and honestly the service could be a little bit friendlier. I was ready to leave two minutes after i stepped in the store . I asked one question and the tone of the response just wasn’t the greatest .

Decided to patronize this store because of the convenient intown location and prior reviews noting that it was Black-Owned.Relatively small store with an accordingly limited selection, but I was still able to find some nice items for a new initiate.At checkout I noticed that one of the items I was purchasing rang up for a higher price than was displayed on the tag. I brought this to the clerk’s (A.J. was his name) attention.He informed me that the price tag had been mislabeled and then proceeded to go back to the rack to pull the item that the price tag actually belonged to … only to find it also had been mislabeled. He eventually removed a large number of items from the rack and said he was going to “fuss” at the person who applied the price tags.I asked him if he would honor the price that on the tag on the item.He said no.I expressed my opinion that that was an extremely poor business practice, and he simply offered to not sell me the item.The difference in price was $6.I won’t return. Poor customer service, lack of accountability, and the shop reeked of tobacco smoke.Take my advice and just head to the Burning Sands in West End.

Be ware shopping here if you are not Greek and shopping for gifts! He has a super small sign that you cannot see off to the side not near the register and does not state on the receipt there are no refunds only exchanges! I will never shop here again rather buy from Amazon where I know I can be refunded for items not used or needed! I purchased items that a friend already received and bought them back a few days later to be emailed a stupid digital gift card that I cannot use! I spent over $100 in this store and the owner points at the ridiculously small sign stating there are no refunds. His exact words were you bought this in my face so exchange only! Deplorable customer service!!!This is why I don’t support small businesses! He better enjoy this because never again!!!

I was told that I could exchange my items, but was not informed that I could only exchange once. Well, he did not have the quantity of items I needed in the first purchase, so I exchanged the items for a jacket. Once I got home I realized that the crest on the jacket was not correct and I was not allowed a 2nd exchange. DO NOT BUY from this vendor. His merchandise is not authentic, the customer service is subpar and you will not get your money back for any item regardless of the reason.

I’m drove from Lithonia to the shop In Atlanta and I was excited to see the selection for Phi Beta Sigma. I was very disappointed that there were only 10-12 items that were shirts and they appeared outdated. Also the sales associate was not inviting or even helpful for that matter. He just let me walk out the store with no engagement or even solutions.
