I made an online purchase recently for a birthday gift for a family member. The website was easy to navigate and the checkout process was efficient. I got email notifications as the order was processed and given good timing estimates for when the item could be picked up. The only think I'd recommend that a buyer keep in mind is that the web photos don't usually offer anything to gauge scale - i.e., you may not have a complete idea of the size of the item. That isn't a complaint, just something to keep in mind while shopping. Once I was notified of in-store availablity, I was able to stop by the store new Cumberland Mall on a Saturday. The staff was welcoming and was quickly able to fetch the item from storage. They finished up by putting it into a gift box for me. I don't make jewelry purchases very often, but this one was quite easy.

Gorgeous jewelry and very helpful staff. My husband purchased my engagement ring here nearly 10 years ago and they're always willing to clean and polish it up when I'm in town. I also had a yellow gold ring rhodium dipped here over a decade ago and it still looks beautiful. Will definitely look here for my next big jewelry purchase.

Barbara was such a breath of fresh air for us! Me and my partner had spent Friday morning shopping around for our bands to celebrate the next chapter in our life. We had previously went to a larger commercial jewelry retailer but we were far from impressed by our experience at the previous store - the associate helping us was far from engaging, she seemed actually annoyed by us showing up at their shop so early (mind you, this was at 10am which is their opening time anyway) and just gave us a really bad vibe. Needless to say we walked right out of that shop. Happy to have discovered D.Geller&Son which was a quick few minutes drive from our original location and the moment we walked into this shop. It was a WHOLE DIFFERENT world. Everyone in the store was very welcoming, engaging and excited to have us there. Barbara was our SA and she was lovely, engaging, super friendly and very patient with us as we selected and sized our bands to fit. So happy to say that we found our jeweler for life and will continue to give DGS our business from now on. This is the best example of why we should continue to shop mom&pop shops!

Victoria and Katie are the best! The best! I will never go anywhere else, I will never ask for anyone else. They were so patient, so giving, so helpful. They really took the time to work with me because I was just there representing a brother in law that lives out of country. They knew my (his) wants, needs, budget, timeline and carefully considered all things while walking me(us) through all of the options. In the end after a few phone calls, texts, group huddles and really so much effort and thoughtfulness on their part we are all sorted for a beautiful ring in time for a Christmas proposal. I know how much it means to my brother so it means so much to me. Truly a great experience because of Victoria and Katie. D Gellar for any and all of my jewelry needs based on them. Great work.

*EDIT*I was contacted the following day about this situation and it was rectified! I’m so grateful for how Mr. Geller and the assistant sales manager handled my issue. We can’t wait to order my bands next. This was resolved with TRUE customer care. Thank you again!I had a negative experience when just taking my engagement ring in to be sized but decided to return to pick out wedding bands since my family has had great things to say about their experiences here.My fiancé picked out a band he loved, we were quoted a price within our budget and decided to move ahead with financing and the approval for that. Once my financing was approved for 8x the cost of the ring, I was told that the price the salesperson had quoted me was actually more than double the actual cost. Which was way out of our budget.The salesperson wasnt even apologetic about her “mistake” and still tried to get us to make the purchase even after I explained that wasn’t a reasonable price for us. It was embarrassing and frustrating.Now I have an open credit line with this jeweler and felt pressured to buying a ring that wasn’t even my fiancés first choice.Poorly handled and we’ll be shopping elsewhere for my bands.

Jeweler was very helpful and friendly. I took my rings into the shop to get them cleaned and appraised. He was so nice that I really felt relaxed. I would recommend taking my jewelry needs to this location.

I went in to D. Geller & Son not knowing the first thing about engagement rings, diamonds, and the complicated rating system behind them. Katie was super helpful in making sure I had a complete understanding of all the options which made choosing the perfect ring so much easier.Not only that, she was able to take all the reference rings I'd brought pictures of to create a unique ring with all the aspects my girlfriend loved in one!

This used to be my "go to" for wifeys jewelry. But, after the last two diamond bracelets, I have to say no more. Both broke the first time she wore them. One of them I watched just fall off while she was standing there. After having D Geller repair them both (not for free mind you) they both broke again. Needless to say, we spent thousands having another place rebuild them both. I guess maybe their rings are better? Can't say we'll be headed back anytime soon. The employees are usually very nice though.

I love the Cumberland location! My husband and I have been going to that location for 5+ years and they have a beautiful selection and the staff is amazing, especially Ashley. Would highly recommend this store for your jewelry purchases and repairs.

My fiancé and I went in looking for a wedding band, we were greeted and helped by Heather!After looking at several stores, we finally found a ring that she liked here!Katie the manager was very helpful and they both went above and beyond to help us, they did not rush us even though we arrived 15 min before closing time!I am very happy and pleased with their service!

An awesome experience. With knowledgeable staff who went the extra mile to ensure that what I purchased worked well and was, most importantly, what I was intending to purchase. Numerous options and styles which were shown and stunning but never pushed as a means to an end. A truly pleasant experience and one I would trust to recommend to others.

There isn't enough space here to share all the details of our amazing experience with our new friends at D Geller. Barbara, Mark, and everyone else made certain we were over the moon with our purchase. And we are. They took such care in the design process. Gave good advice. Calmed my fears at leaving my wedding ring with them during the process. Kept us informed every step of the way. Made same-day adjustments to the finished ring. Provided complimentary cleanings that made us remember how beautiful the rings we bought at D Geller 30 years ago still are. Smiles. Hugs. Friendly conversations. It was a truly amazing experience. I purchased an engagement ring from Ashley, and we just picked out our wedding bands more than a year later. She remembered both of us and once again was a tremendous help. The staff here is all so friendly, and I highly recommend them.
