Worst attitude from employees. Ask for help several times and no one can help or even wants to call for a manager. Staff is unkind when you just state what happens, because they can't be bothered to page for a manager. When I finally got manager he was polite. No reason for anyone to be so unhelpful and unkind in a customer service job. Looked at other reviews and saw many had same experience. Also looked online to submit a formal complaint for the accusatory musings of the pharmacist, but couldn't find any way to contact corporate. Almost like they don't care, which is why this behavior is continuing.

Went in with my sister and mom. My mom was looking for Valentine's Day cards, the little ones used for exchanges. We'd been to a nearby grocery store and they didn't have any. CVS had what we needed and the nice lady behind the counter provided us excellent customer service. My mother is in a wheelchair and sometimes stores aren't set up to give her enough space, but we didn't have any trouble!

Absolutely the worst CVS to come to. Everyone that is black is stealing the time you walk through the door. And don't go to self checkout if you are black, even more scrutiny. Save yourself the headache and GO ELSEWHERE

This pharmacy, once highly regarded, has unfortunately been on a downward trend for the past 5-6 years, even before the pandemic started, and now it is in a deplorable state. The staff at the pharmacy is often rude and can be downright insulting. Waiting times are long, and excuses are made for the wait time. Sometimes, customers have to wait just to speak to a staff member, while the staff indulge in personal conversations. Additionally, there are frequent incidents where the medication is not even ordered. The store itself is old, shabby, and unclean. Last year, the fridge was out of order, and it remained so for a while without any attempts to repair it. One of the few pleasant sales associates revealed that the management was not interested in investing in the store because the store is likely to undergo renovation. The only positive aspect of this pharmacy is its 24/7 service. However, the management is aware that they are the only pharmacy in the area with such hours, and thus, they show little interest in improving the store. I'm sure CVS corporate is aware of the decline in the quality of the store but is not making any significant efforts to improve it as long as it continues to generate revenue. I suggest switching to one of the locally owned pharmacies in the area and avoiding the substandard quality of service and facilities offered by this corporate calamity.

The store itself is a little run down and low stocked but the doctor in the pharmacy was very kind and helpful when I came to fill a prescription. The man up front was also very nice.

Terrible customer service from the Pharmacy department. They expect the pt. to call the pharmacy to confirm scheduled vaccine availability. Why should a patient schedule an appointment if the pt will be treated as if the appointment wasn't scheduled weeks in advance? If the pt. schedules an appointment, it is the pharmacy's responsibility to keep up with their inventory and contact scheduled patients, when vaccines become unavailable.Ridiculous.

Worst CVS ever! When I got there I asked for a basket and the employee told me all were retired from the floor to sanitize. I was doing a big haul so when I got to the register I was struggling with so many items as I am into couponing. The employee there did not even try to help. I told her they should not retire from the floor all the baskets at the same time as customers may need them and I asked her to pass on my feedback to the manager. She said no, that I was talking to the wrong person. I told her why she couldn’t? And she said that it was not her job. She was doing the job that she was only paid for. Then, one of the items did not pass correctly and she started offending me, saying that I was having a bad day because of my feedback. I was buying more than 12 items! I told her she could have just said that she was gonna pass the feedback along and not being rude to me. I told her I was not being aggressive or treating her disrespectfully, I was struggling with my hands full and her lack of customer service. I decided to walk away and go to a different CVS. She could not have been more rude.

The best part of this location is that it is open 24/7.However, the Customer Service is not that great. The lady at the pharmacy sounds rude and indifferent so one could get scared to ask her questions as she may get mad.Their wait time is at-least 45 mins and after 10 pm they don’t even have washroom access for customers.Keela at the pharmacy is an excellent! Very pleasant for someone who works at a 24/7!The pharmacist Abraham is great too.

I came in at 2pm to get my pain medications after wisdom teeth extracted, staff told me these won’t be ready till 6pm, then I came back at 8pm with huge pain, another staff told me they don’t have these pills for me, and they have never put my order into system, how hard is it to get me Amoxicillin and Tylenol?

It's quite clear that the pharmacy staff here truly hate their jobs. Spoke to a man in an effort to transfer a script from another pharmacy. He asked me the same questions four times each. Name. Date of birth. Name of medication. Phone number. Each time, four or five times. Didn't listen. Had no compassion. Rudely told me I "clearly don't understand what (he's) asking." I turned it around and mirrored back to him his question. He confirmed that I understood. He then asked me the same questions another two times. When the call was over, he didn't bother saying anything. Just hung up on me. Didn't say, "you'll be notified when your prescription is ready." Nothing. I swore I'd never go to CVS again after my Caremark insurance forced me to only get my meds from CVS. I'm quickly remembering why. Just an awful pharmacy. They just don't want to be there.

It's not immediately clear that the pharmacy closes at 11 pm on Sundays nor that they lock the men's room to the public at 10 p.m. (nor that a considerable portion of the staff both at the pharmacy and in the store in general are crabby; I mean 'enough to make you swear off CVS forever' kind of crabby)

The manager Mark and his team always take great care of me. Probably my favorite CVS in the country!

I guess I shouldn't be overly shocked that a pharmacy has 2.5 stars. This is currently my neighborhood pharmacy so I go here very often. I've come here for Plan B's, for my birth control prescriptions, for general OTC meds, or miscellaneous supplies. The staff is usually very courteous and I always get things done. I like that it's right by Starbucks so you can do two errands in one!

can I give it zero stars? The worst pharmacy I've ever encountered. I've actually considered giving it a review since my insurance company forced us to switch to CVS and we've had nothing but horrible experiences. I didn't want to bash the whole store over the pharmacy's issues so I didn't post. We went back to our walgreens and pay at least double for our prescriptions but honestly its worth it. Today I found out that the whole store is horrible. I've only written reviews 2-3 times in my life but seriously people, this place will drive u to drink. Not only does the staff not care to do anything (like check u out for example) but they have attitude when they do. I stood for 20 minutes with an infant and a 3 year old waiting to pick up pictures that were all ready. All they had to do was hand it to me. Once they finally did the lady at the cash register said I needed to check out at the self checkout. Fine I thought. A little rude with the attitude and the fact that she was at the actual cash register but I was fine with it. I hobbled over with the car seat in one hand and a restless 3 year old in the other. The check out machine said somwthibg was wrong and I needed to wait for help. Stood there for another 5 minutes as my infant is full on having a meltdown. Still no one around to help. Finally I yelled back "excuse me" and the same woman storms over as she angrily mumbles under her breath "I already called for someone" And scans her phone which fixes the problem. Seems like it would have been easy enough to just do seeing me stand there for 5 minutes with little kids. Anyway, whoever manages this place needs to look for a less responsible job. Ur doing a very good job. I hope y'all get it together. Best of luck.
