Don’t let all the negative reviews scare you off. I went to the Minute Clinic for a strep and Covid test. The NP and her nurse were absolutely lovely. They were thorough and informative. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes, and they were even able to help me out with decreasing my out of pocket cost. I’d come back to see them anytime.

Pharmacist is extremely rude and condescending--at an almost mind-boggling level. She called me this morning and proceeded to finish a random conversation with someone else for the first 30 seconds of the call before even acknowledging that she - in fact - called me. She also never gave a name but only mentioned CVS and was adamant I confirm my identity. This normally wouldn't be abnormal, but given her tone and overall communication up to that point, you could tell she operates disrespectfully in general. The prescription was for an antibiotic, and she made it unbelievably difficult - with multiple follow-up calls. She later questioned my provider's address which took me a while to realize because it's so absurd...OVER AN ANTIBIOTIC. She's an absolute wretch on a power trip and behaves in a horribly unprofessional manner. I'm sure she's gotten used to not giving her name since she seems to have a high propensity towards altercations. I can only imagine the toxic work environment she probably fuels for her coworkers.

Customer Service at this pharmacy leaves a lot to be desired. Received expired medication today. When I called to express my concern, the staff was relatively condescending about it. They told me that the medication was good for another year beyond the expiration date (I checked the manufacturer's website and it wasn't). When I offered feedback to avoid the situation in the future, she was annoyed. I will move my family's prescriptions elsewhere.

I had the worst pharmacy experience of my life here today. I was discharged from the ER with a blocked fallopian tube and had a prescription sent to this pharmacy for an opioid painkiller. When I arrived, one of the pharmacists told me the prescription was on hold until I consulted with the pharmacist to talk about opioids in the small consultation room-- gave me an ETA of about 30 minutes. I said sure, no problem. 30 minutes later I approached the counter where another pharmacist stepped in and said she had no record of the prescription on file. I said I had just spoken to her colleague. The attitude I got was unbelievable, and she said to call the ER. I called the ER and they confirmed they sent the correct prescription to this specific store. They would be unable to send a second one for safety reasons. The pharmacy then let me know they would be unable to fill prescriptions for 20 minutes with "server issues." I approached the counter with this information from the ER. Eric asked what I wanted him to do about it and informed me that it's "legally not allowed" to order over the phone. I said that's fine, he needs to speak with the ER and get this figured out. He called the ER -pharmacy- which sent him to voicemail. Looked me dead in the eye and just shrugged and asked what I wanted him to do. I got the actual ER on speakerphone, handed it to him over the counter, and he gave me an incredible amount of attitude as he confirmed everything over the phone and had them send in another prescription. This whole time I could see in my phone that the prescription was sent into the correct store in MyChart, but apparently that doesn't count as a reason for a pharmacist to call an ER. I had been in the store for 1 hour and 45 min by this point. I loudly let them know I was prescribed this medication for a reason, my fallopian tube was blocked, and I needed it expedited. Finally Eric decided to fill the prescription 10 minutes before they closed for lunch. My father in law who had been my ride (because I was not cleared to drive from the morphine) came in and asked why they were closing. Eric yelled "sir we are only closing the drop offs" I was astonished. The woman next to me was in tears because they had lost (yes LOST) her seizure medication that had been filled, the other 2 pharmacists on their hands and knees going through the bins, and Eric told her she could either wait til after lunch or go to a different pharmacy. I will be contacting CVS corporate to lodge a formal complaint.

One of the store employees here aggressively interjects herself into your shopping experience by harassing and lecturing you the entire time. She essentially comments on every item you pick up and starts ranting about it. If you want to check the price on the price check machine- she yells about it. If you want to use a coupon- she yells about. If you want to use self checkout- she forces you to come to the register. Hands down the strangest most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had in a store. If corporate anonymously came in and watched over the course of a week or so they would fire this woman immediately.

I had a great experience. Wonderful people working at the minute clinic and nice cashiers at the front.

There are two other CVS close to my home but I always go to the Vinings store because I love seeing Olivia. She never fails to make me smile. She's always helpful no matter how busy the store may be. I have neighbors that say the same thing.

Go ANYWHERE before here. this CVS has terrible customer service at a level I have not experienced before. I always try to be understanding with understaffing but I have lived here for two years and never had a positive experience here.

This pharmacy is neither patient or friendly. Simple questions are met with annoyance by the pharmacist. Before the phone was hung up I could hear her complaining about the question I had.

This is a small but mighty CVS. You can get a flu shot, print photos, pick up meds, or grab some snacks. I came here for a couple of personal care items, namely Men's Dove deodorant but also picked up some spicy snacks and mixed nuts. You can find some great deals on food here, like $1.99 cereal. There is a self service kiosk but don't expect trying to get in and out. Overall, the store is clean and well maintained and would recommend checking out if you are near Vinings.

So after waiting about an hour to be seen, the NP was pleasant…. But it’s been over 1.5 hour since I left the clinic and my prescription still hasn’t been called in. Can’t get in contact with the minute clinic. This was the worst minute clinic experience I’ve had- by far. Simply put, the indifference shown is astounding.

The entire staff (including clinic) is fantastic except for the front cashier lady, Olivia, or something like that. She is beyond rude, she talks over you and does not allow you to get a single word in, and lies about your transaction so she can move you out the door. She ruins what would otherwise be a customary experience shopping at this CVS. She should not be working in customer service whatsoever.

I don't understand how Olivia is still employed. She fakes being nice to some, but is nasty to customers she doesn't like for whatever reason. She finds any reason to follow you around the store and then hover over you if you use self checkout. I've also witnessed her talking about customers behind their backs. I try to go when she's not there to avoid the toxic aura she creates.

Today around 3:30 pm the front cashier made it a point to stop servicing the customer she was dealing with to correct and make my child feel really uncomfortable by telling him he’s not covering his mouth properly. I called up to the store to speak with a manager about the situation but she’s the one who answered the phone and said she was the manager. I then stated to her how I didn’t like how she went out of her way to correct someone else’s child she then told me that I was just a babysitter and I wasn’t the child’s mother. Just because we are not the same skin color. It doesn’t matter if I’m the nanny or not you can not approach people kids telling them what to do she then hung up on me. I will be contacting corporate about this unpleasant situation! FYI he was covering his mouth all day it’s not like he has covid. You don’t know people situation!

For the love of god, do not use this pharmacy for medicine refills. I’ve never experienced such rude customer service in my life. If this CVS was smart, they would hire a new pharmacist with all new staff. Jesus
