I want to stand up LOUD & PROUD when I say this is the most trash CVS I’ve ever been to in my life. It’s close to my home but they literally never have what I need even to prescriptions. I got my dr to send my prescription there since it’s close and they were out of stock telling me to get it somewhere else. A pharmacy that’s out of stock? Why are you guys even open? I try to add $$ to my cash app or PayPal and there system is down… BOLTON RD CVS IS THE CRACKHOUSE OF ALL CVS STORES IN ATLANTA

The Chinese lady in the pharmacy was very disrespectful to me and my daughter she act like she was racist because she showed good customer service to somebody else and then disrespected me and my daughter I would like to see her not working there no more I will not be your team in CVS no more I will be going to Walgreens for now on

This is likely the worst CVS Pharmacy I’ve been to. The pharmacist has never said a word to me. And today, when I asked if the pharmacist could look up another CVS that might have my prescription (for *benzocaine*), she refused. She claimed the pharmacy was a compound and she couldn’t tell which pharmacies would have Benadryl (almost certainly all of them).

2nd time I’ve come here to use the photo service and haven’t been able to. 1st time they couldn’t do passport photos. This time, I went through the entire process to print a 5x7 photo only to be told by an associate at the end that the machine doesn’t work. Most frustrating part is he watched me start the process….so inconsiderate and a waste of time

Atlanta, Georgia 30327 I love shopping at this CVS because it has everything I need or am looking for. The Pharmacy is Top Notch! They Care. The Team is always on their toes looking to help customers & patients out. It is not large but the Team works hard for the customers.

If I could give a 0 I WOULD!! I hate that this is what every customer service place in Atalanta has come to. RUDE PASSIVE LAZINESS!!! I hope that girl who worked the pharmacy one day has screaming sick kids in the car trying to get medicine and then gets denied because she forgot her wallet to have her id scanned and gets denied. This has never happened where I have to scan my id. This is just so sad and awful that she is doing this. I truly think majority of people in customer service here wake up and think to themselves how can I make other peoples lives more difficult

This CVS location is the best! It always have everything I need along with the customer service is always top tier. I travel to this CVS anytime I want to use my extra care bucks!

Well...I see why this pharmacy only has 2 stars...very poor service...they didn't know how to check my insurance...or even check the history for what I paid for the medication at CVS before...They tried to charge me $101 for what should have been a maybe $10 copay....Don't trust this pharmacy...they tried to tell me my insurance didn't cover the meds...which was total BS and total incompetence! They might want to learn how to use a computer!

The pharmacy Sophie Tans is one of the rudest and coldest pharmacists I have ever met. This pharmacy has shorted my prescription 2 times (once they admitted; once they denied). There is something fishy going on there. Otherwise the store itself is fine and the checkout clerks are always friendly.

Warning - do not order expensive medications from this CVS (maybe all CVSs). The presciption filler staff will shuffle the order to make it look like you've gotten the correct amount, but will be about 10-20% short. Happened to me now 3 times......I suspect there is some black market that they are siphoning off and selling to for more $$$$........!!!
