I am totally satisfied with the service I get at CVS, in Bronxville, New York and/or in Brookhaven, Atlanta. I am able to find the products I need. Getting a passport photo takes less than 10 minutes. I get all my vaccinations without any problems, I am able to track them on my app. The stores are always clean, and there is always an associate to help if I need it. I love having Extra care rewards, I get all kinds of discounts. I am motivated to shop at and recommend CVS to everyone because of all the above reasons.

Absolutely disgusting bathroom. I Cleaned it so I could use, definitely was neglected for days. Had to go ask for toilet paper. Sink was disgusting. Only took 2 pictures but toilet paper rolls everywhere, trash full, and just gross.

Best experience I've ever had at a CVS. I want to thank Garrett for helping me save money by finding my account really went out of his way to help the customers I hope you are paying them like y'all should because he's a great employee from what I see

Pretending the restroom is out of order to a paying customer who is about to purchase over $100 worth of supplies, is just bad business. Customer service in retail environments is still important. Lying to your customers is foolish.

Went here on a crunch to get my passport photo done. Walked in had the photo taken and printed in less than 5 minutes! Also a plus that it is right across the street from the passport office!

Poorest customer service ever from the Pharmacy to the Hallmark Card worker. The Pharmacy technician seemed super busy processing prescriptions and I have the emotional intelligence to acknowledge that. It wasn't the fact she was busy it was her tone and body language when I ask could I add ibuprofen to my purchase for one transaction. Meanwhile other shoppers were asking for management. This location is always In disarray with no front end staff. Poor customer service. Avoid the stress shop somewhere else. I was a faithful CVS shopper my entire life in the Carolinas.

A lady named Miss Rose, wearing glasses and who appeared to be a shift supervisor, was extremely rude, inefficient and ineffective….wow what an appalling customer service. She didn’t want to help locate items from the aisle nor checking people out. Aren’t you in customer in service to assist, serve your customers? An older couple was also complaining about her and a mid aged lady was looking for some items and thought I was working for cvs not finding any help. FYI these ladies that were working, are often on their cell phones when they are supposed to be working.I will Escalade to corporate for them to start being conscious about what a going on in their stores. Hopefully my review, valuable feedback, mgt will coach them.

The store manager is very rude and inconsiderate. He doesn't know how to serve to help customers and he's very disrespectful. I also had an interview here and he made it so complicated to talk to him and he was so confusing and he wasn't making any sense on what he wanted from me.

The store manager is rude and disrespectful. Don't ever come to try and work here or even try to shop here because if you have to deal with him you feel the same as I did interact with him. If the store manager is bad then the enter store is bad in my opinion so I suggest going to a different location.
