Been a dedicated customer for many years. Stopped by to pick up a few items and they refused to honor there sale prices. Even walked backed to the sign and they wanted to charge me 21 dollars more than posted. Decided to drive to the Moore's mill store and they honor the price.

I scheduled a flu vaccine appointment but wanted both flu and Covid vaccine. Unfortunately the system to schedule did not offer the Covid option. However when I arrived at my appointment, the Sally graciously offered to provide the Covid vaccine to save me time. She was efficient despite having a long line and I’m grateful she took the time to assist me. She could have easily told me to come back another day but didn’t and for that I’m grateful and love CVS.

I received awesome customer service from the employee Mikeem ?? and also from a nice lady who works there and knows how to deal with HSA issues... I appreciate their help so much that I was going to fill out the survey but I could sense my receipt didn't have 17 survey #s...

Different employees every time I visit who know very little about the store! Employees look unkept in dirty looking clothes & hair. Many shelves are empty! Very depressing atmosphere! Photo lab working very sporadically.

I'm giving this Pharmacy one star. On July 12, 2023, I ran out of an important eye drop medication that reduces my pressure. I had submitted a prescription refill a day or so earlier in the week because I was leaving town on the morning of July 13th. When I went in person to see if it was ready, I was asked to come back that day in thirty minutes. Twice two separate associates in the pharmacy gave me misinformation about when I could get the refill. The second associate left a voicemail saying I could get it the next evening. This wasn't going to work. To make a long story short the male pharmacist called me to inform me that I couldn't get the medication at all because it was discontinued. The line was silent then he said that he saw a medication with two of the same ingredients in my medication. I said "Okayyy..," I am not sure what he expected me to do with that information. I am not a doctor. When I went back to my Dr. to verify, they didn't know what he was talking about regarding the discontinuation. I was offered by one of the associates a phone call to my doctor's office to find an alternative. When I asked to confirm that they CVS would call, The pharmacist sternly (he seemed annoyed) asked "you want ME to call?" "Well, I don't have time to call" he barked at me. I said I'll call if that's the issue. Let me tell you I have never been more offended by a pharmacist in my life. He lacked patience, professionalism and courtesy. I am changing my location even though it is five minutes from my home. So much for customer service. I never lost my temper nor raised my voice even though I wanted to. If you can't handle the job anymore get out of the business.

I have tried mightily to like this store, but after repeated disappointments I cannot. The store is dingy, it is under stocked, and the employees are tired and overworked because there aren't enough of them. How the personnel remain as helpful as they are is a mystery to me. Good on them, but CVS needs to up its game--badly! And beware--the online Good RX coupons are estimates; for some reason the actual Good RX price is almost always 10 to 15 percent higher than the coupon would suggest. (It's a bit odd that I've not had that problem at Publix.)

SHAUNDRA (sp?) and her manager Mohammad (sp?) went above and beyond to provide exceptional service and should be commended by CVS corporate. A community store should be a place where you feel welcomed to shop and return, and they made that happen not just for my family but for so many others who walked in through speaking to each person, addressing needs (even outlandish or challenging), and having a pleasant demeanor. We came to the pharmacy which we didn't know closed early so we purchased other items but ended up stranded due to dead phones. Shaundra helped us contact several cab companies that unfortunately couldn't pick us up and continued to help without attitude and with a genuine spirit of customer service. What could've been a situation of panic or danger turned into us eventually getting home safely with her assistance to navigate solutions while she didn't miss a beat attentively tending to other customers as well. Protect her at all costs :)! Thank you again so much for being a true gem and the type of employee (and kind human being) that any company should value.

I just want the corporate office to know that cashier Kita and the Entire Pharmaceutical team does a beyond amazing job when ir comes to customer courtesy! Kita even took time to acknowledge my beautiful service dog and her shared love for Animals and informed me of sales l wasnt awared of which influenced me to go back and make additional purchases! I've moved many years ago but still frequent THIS CVS due to the outstanding lovely way the staff shows care and genuine concern to its consumers. A+ on the hiring of these individuals a happy customer am l!

Nothing to complain about, your typical CVS. Everything I stopped in for was in stock, which is rare these days. The parking is very close to the store and the cashier was friendly enough.

Earlier today December 20th around 3:40pm, I was discriminated against due to my age and race. Twenty minutes prior I was at the doctor's office who recommended an eye cream to help with me recovering from eye surgery so I decided to stop by CVS to purchase the recommended eye cream. When I arrived, I preceded to the pharmacy department for someone to help direct me in finding the item so I got in the line where there was one older white man and then me. I patiently waited until the pharmacy tech name Nicole acknowledged me and informed me that she will be with me in a moment. Shortly thereafter she preceded to exit the pharmacy to assist me in finding the eye cream but an older white lady decided to cut the line (2 people in front of her) and proceeded to ask Nicole a question. In which Nicole declined to help me and assist the older white lady instead. I exited the line and informed Nicole that there is a line and that I was the next person who is supposed to be helped before the older white lady. And she proceeded to informed me that she helped her because she older and white. Discrimination is a FEDERAL LAW and I was unaware that CVS employees services customers base on age and race. I did call in speak with Mohammed the store manager and explain the situation but I believe Nicole needs to be disciplined and retained. I will be filing additional complaints and speaking with an attorney once everyone returns from the holidays. Discrimination should NOT be tolerated and no employee should be awarding a customer for their bad behavior.

Very helpful staff! My friend was just released from hospital and due to traffic we were late getting her picked up. She needed prescriptions for the night and even though it was 10 mins before closing, they were kind enough to fill her prescription for us!
