Doctor sent script at 6:30, I received a text from CVS at 6:46 saying my script is being filled and to bring insurance cards. I get there at 6:55 and they refused to fill my script saying it would take too long they close at 7. Resulting in me going to the ER that night so that I can get treatment because it was an emergency and I couldn't wait until the next day. I understand people want to go home but a few extra minutes for an emergency situation would not have killed the staff member and their supervisor. Very distasteful. I mean honestly how long does it take to throw some pills in a bottle and slap the label on? Very self centered and uncaring, don't work in the health care field if you don't have any empathy towards what others are going through.

This CVS should have a health inspector visit them. Not only is the sales floor an absolute disaster and probably a fire hazard but THE REST ROOM IS OUTRAGEOUS! Absolutely filthy, unsanitary and definitely has not been cleaned in a very very long time. There was urine and feces on the floor, all over the toilet and used paper everywhere. If you aren't sick when you go here you will be when you leave! Nasty! This place should be shut down!

Worst pharmacy ever. Having MS, Chrome and other conditions. My meds are the same they do not change often. How is it you never have my medications in stock. The absolute worst and on top of it the service is horrible.

This store is filthy and very over priced. The men and women bathroom signs have been taped over to say public and employees. The 'public' bathroom was disgusting. Pee on the baby changing table, trash full of feces and clothing, no soap or paper towels.

If I could give 5 stars for certain pharmacists, like McKenzie, I would. But it seems as soon as we get a pharmacist that gets the importance of the medication I need, they're gone. There have been several "floaters" that had no idea what they were doing and had a really bad attitude about their job. Others, like Winta, are wonderful. The inconsistency is maddening. The ordering system is horrible. This month is a prime example. They have been ordering this medication for over a week now. This system told me yesterday that it would be ready this morning. No, a floater ordered the wrong kind & the system doesn't tell McKenzie if, when, or if ever this medication is coming. And..yes, there's more, now they can't look in their system and tell me if another CVS has it. They used to be able to but no, let's find a way to make it even more scary, stressful, difficult and complete nonsense! Thanks CVS.

The manager trainee named Jasmine spent a very long time with me when I purchased a monitor for my diabetes. She was very patient as we had to go through three monitors that were defective. I predict she will be a great manager!

CVS is generally grungier than any Walgreens. But this location was absolutely disgusting. The bathroom was especially appalling with overflowing trash in & messes literally smeared all over. Didn’t even have toilet paper & hand soap!!! When I asked employees for it, they said “I don’t know what to tell you if it’s out”. When I asked if I could bring supplies from the store to stock the soap & toilet paper, they said no. The self checkout machine was malfunctioning & the staff could care less, even with a long line. They’d rather hide in isles on their phones. Truly embarrassing for our community. CVS needs to sellout to Walgreens!

By far the worst customer service I have ever received. From the pharmacist to the technician they have absolutely no empathy. Telling me I have to come in to transfer a prescription because they are backed up right now is completely ludicrous. I needed one pill and to tell me it’s going to take 2 hrs to fill a prescription of one pill is just plain lazy. This is coming from someone who has worked at a pharmacy before

Go to the one further up Peachtree & avoid this at all costs. Same day emergency script called in. They notified me it’d be ready at 430pm. Then an hour before that. They changed it to 4 days later and didn’t even notify me. They did update my customer profile but I had to manually track that. Had I waited and showed up at promised time it would not have left me time to fill anywhere else before the places all closed for Memorial Day weekend. On top of it she was aware this was medicine for a complication with oral surgery, she can check and see what other cvs pharmacies have it. But no, she refused and made me do it. In pain and barely able to speak. I filed reports with cvs ands the state board bc this could have lead to really unnecessary suffering. It was also just cruel behavior to make me call other cvs stores when it was an anti viral medication, she could have easily checked her system. Luckily I got my script still picked up but it was due to my efforts and zero on behalf of cvs. To call it callous is a severe understatement.

There is always an issue when I come here and today was the last straw, not sure if the owner reads reviews but today was a circus.I needed to have a covid test for my upcoming surgery, just a mandatory thing I had to do so on March 13th, I scheduled a test to be taken on March 21. WELL IN ADVANCE scheduled appointment. On March 20th at 5pm I get a "due to unforeseen circumstances we had to cancel"..5pm the day before a 9:30am appt citing weather, I live here, and walk to this CVS all the time there's no "weather" happening. The re-registraiton process is lengthy and I couldn't get a spot until 11am for March 21.I get to the CVS and pull up, a few cars are ahead of me so I just wait. When its my turn at the window the woman informs me I need to leave the line and go park and face the building so she can register me.They continue to take car after car after car, and the person at the window even changes, it someone else, after 15 minutes I get out of the car to go inside and miraculously the woman comes to the window to then say I can drive through for my test.Imagine if I actually had symptoms and had to be told to go sit in the lot for 20 minutes while we take care of a bunch of other people even though you had an appt.I had to move around my work schedule to make the appt work since they cancelled my original appointment for no real reason with a hell of a process to reschedule myself, then you get there and they have to do 50 other things.Every time I come here its always a circus and I guess I just have to cut the cord and go to the CVS thats further away.
