The people at this pharmacy are so rude and absurdly slow. They could not care less if people are waiting and show absolutely zero sense of urgency.

I must commend CVS for updating their phone automated voice System, unlike the one. In the past, it sounds more user friendly, and the caller now does not have to choose a number of buttons before receiving a response while listening to loud music. I truly appreciate the update, way to go CVS!
