Pelipe (I believe that’s his name) was rude and wasn’t with the program (usually CVS employees are sharp). Even though this CVS is pretty close to my house, it’s my least favorite one to go to.

I really don’t know a way that CVS could make the experience at this pharmacy any worse. They have really perfected it.

I've been coming to this CVS for years and they have definitely improved but still need to work on some things like making sure everything is stock but organized because most of the time there's some things on the floor.

Ask about the best options to pay, especially in incorporating the "Good Rx program " before you are processed. Is something to remember.

I do not know why this place is rated so low. I have no complaints and I was in and out in no time. I scheduled a vaccine here. I arrived on time and immediately checked in. The cashier immediately came over and gave me my shots. The parking lot was clean and I did not have any issues.

Garrett was absolutely great he was extremely helpful and I didn’t even have to ask! Andrea was extremely helpful as well! She and Garrett both had positive attitudes and big smiles when I walked in and when I was leaving! This is why I love CVS!!!

The pharmacy is a complete mess. The personnel Susanne had 0 customer service. I have been waiting to get tested for the past 45 mins she hasn’t said a word to me regarding my test. She wouldn’t ask for the other personnel’s help she just kept fiddling with the computer. I’m highly dissatisfied with the level of customer care at this pharmacy. Not to mention the disorganization of this pharmacy, I physically watched as the two workers scramble to find someone’s prescription. I just got assistance just to find out she didn’t care to ask me about my primary care physician, Susanne had me waiting 45 minutes for the simple question of my primary care physician…IMPECCABLE

If you want a ghetto experience...go to this CVS. The only positive is the pharmacy. They seem to be on point with professionalism. However...don't go shopping in there. You'll be waiting to checkout with no cashier. This has happened on several occasions. Make it so bad...they have 2 checkout machines. Neither one worked last time I was there. I remember one visit...I was loading a card with a large amount of money so the manager had to approve it. I had to wait until his break was over. He was outside. I thought the customer comes first. No..No..not at this location! Get it together management.

Pretty straightforward, no complaints. I came in for one thing, I was greeted when I got there, and left very quickly.

Shame on CVS for managing this location so poorly! It is impossible to expect 1 pharmacist to handle everything - from being the cashier to administering vaccines to filling prescriptions. Every time I've been here, the pharmacist has been helpful, friendly, and clearly trying to do their best, but CVS has put them in an untenable position. They are simply required to do too much. Yes, this leads to LONG wait times for the customers, but it also makes me worry about safety. I'd prefer to have a pharmacist who has time to double check their work and make sure everything is right. When CVS expects 1 person to do the work of 5 people, it creates an environment ripe for errors, and that should concern all of their customers. Today, I went to get a prescription filled, and had to wait in line for 20 minutes just to drop off the Rx. When I finally got to the front of the line, the pharmacist told me they did not have it in stock. Frustrating, yes, but again I blame the management, not the pharmacist doing the best they can. So I drove to Publix, where the pharmacy was staffed with multiple people who were able to help me right away; the differences between the 2 pharmacies was stark. What CVS is doing at this location by drastically understaffing the pharmacy is wrong and dangerous. I will be transferring all of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.

If there were negative stars this location deserves it…Been here 4 times after booking Covid test appointment. Waited for 45 mins in the car although there was no one in line ahead of me, no it was not their lunch break….!!!It’s a COVID self test, so don’t expect someone to do a quick swab at your car, what has taken 2-5 mins in most other clinics, many free clinics can take you atleast 1 hour here. It’s one of the most pathetic customer services, so never go here!

The pharmacy service is slow, the drive thru is a mess and long wait. However, the cashiers are nice and helpful.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. I kid you not, every time I went to pick up my prescriptions (when they are “Ready”, it takes at least 30 minutes to get through the line. I had to call my doctor to get everything switched over to another location because they are so slow. It is highly inconvenient for those that are busy and have no other option but to wait to get medicine filled. Avoid at all costs.
