The prices are always way too high at CVS. I purchased two items for a total of $21.10 because I was too lazy to commute to Walmart ?!! I gave an extra star because the items were available.

I picked up 5 prescriptions. Got home and only 2 in the huge bag. No one will answer phone. Now they are closed. I'm sure that money just gone.

love this location! Angel or Angela the representative that works at this location is super nice, friendly and helpful! I always go to this store, I prefer to shop at this store location instead of online. It is much more convenient, faster and cheaper!

I dont live very far from this location so I swing by often. Its very well organized and the staff is helpful. The only con is that this location isnt set up for a drive through. However, it makes sense considering the buildings placement.

Literally slowest and most inconsistent pharmacy ever. New people every time I come and the drivethru window is either closed or moves significantly slower than the indoor lines as the pharmacy techs ignore the car lines outside. Don't recommend unless this is your best and only option. Been coming here for months with it getting worse and worse to the point that I could drive farther for better service and still get home faster.

Sooo I know things have changed since Covid-19, but dang!Let me start by saying that it was nice to be in a store where I can actually read and communicate easily (been overseas for 4 years), so I was excited to visit CVS after a LONG hiatus!I come in and was greeted with a “good morning!”Things are going great and I’m finding MORE than I needed to ?!After I gather my things to purchase, I waited at the counter for the cashier. It was about 8:30ish AM. Nobody comes… I literally had to LOOK for the person to help me!After I found her, I asked with a smile ? “hey! Can you help me checkout?”She immediately says, “there’s a self checkout.”I looked confused ?. So I asked again “oh, but can you help me checkout?”She says again… “use the self checkout.”At this point, I was starting to get a little sad… so I said “sorry, I haven’t been here in a long time… can you help me?”The lady walks me to the register and says to use the self checkout. “We only use the registers for money gram and western union.I just say okay…Have times changed THAT much? Just wanted a little human interaction after being away for so long to basically be brushed off… like I get it that some people aren’t social, but come on! I can’t even have someone check me out?Sorry, but my first store experience in the states wasn’t a pleasant one… what a bummer ?

This was the absolute worse CVS I’ve ever been to in my life. I went in to send a money gram I was here to young ladies behind the counter complaining about something but couldn’t make exactly what it was about. I was with my 4 year old son and tried to use the money gram machine and when the transaction did not go through, I asked the young lady can she assist me with this machine the machine has said error 301 can’t send but so much money so I asked the lady how do I send a certain amount of money she was cut off by another young girl telling me well obviously you can’t put a certain amount of money in. So I didn’t say obviously really why are you giving me attitude this is terrible customer service this is not how you talk to customers that’s very rude and very disrespectful. First of all I wasn’t talking to you. I was talking to the other lady that was helping me I’ve been asked for a name. I told her I would never come back to this CVS and then I will complain on every platform about the CVS on how I was treated in front of my four-year-old son this lady obviously knows nothing about customer service. She complains about everything from what I saw and she’s not doing her job at all. I think the hiring process for the CVS as a joke, and I will never set foot in at CVS even though I live close.

Usually dont have an issue with this location but they gave me the wrong meds that loked like someone else's info sticker was ripped off the box and mine was put on it. I have a blood clotting disorder and they gave me the generic for yaz which would be likely to kill me if I hadnt noticed it was the wrong script

Refusing to give me my medicine despite calling to ensure I can pick it up that day. They are dictating when I am allowed to come get it despite it being ready and sitting in a bin. All they have to do is turn it over. I guess patients don't really matter here. Already in the process of moving my prescriptions.

oh my goddess, i never do this but this lady at the pharmacy here. i called about refilling my prescription & ive never had such lack of customer service via the phone. She had such an attitude, when i genuinely was sweet & trying to answer her questions. I called today @5pm Wednesday April 19th. Just Hung up after our conversation without saying anything also & that just really got to me. Maybe she was having a bad day & i get that but that just was a terrible experience & i believe she needs someone to hold her accountable for here lack of empathy & good attitude. Definitely projecting her negativity.

Worst pharmacy ever!!! They are so unprofessional and rude, not to mention they gave my son the wrong medication!
