CVS has gone down the tubes. Now an individual can’t even be reached on the phone in the pharmacy, per a new procedure. The only option is to leave a voicemail and hope you win the pharmacy phone lottery and have your call returned. Today it’s 11am and their message is they’re closed. I’m on the phone with CVS customer service and they don’t know why this location says it’s closed. My inhaler that was recently filled has completely disappeared from the app and I need it. I think they’re their worst enemy. Thankfully a rep at the 800# is trying to have my inhaler filled and delivered from another location. I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere.

Online pickup for La Roche because it was on huge sale. But, They canceled my order and price went back to original price. What a sneaky way to scam a customer. I rarely use cvs, but now I would NOT use cvs anymore. Better to use kroger pharmacy. Such a scam

There needs to be a nationwide review of this CVS location: I ordered one photo print and received an email confirmation the day prior that it was ready. Ja'mar, the 'manager' asked me if I wanted to fix the photo machine as it was out of order... terrible experience and zero customer service 'soft skills.'
For a CVS store located in such a wealthy area, the level of competence by management does not correlate in the slightest.

I just called this store to find out if they have an item in stock and after speaking with the female employee and saying " Thank You" she just hangs up the phone!!
Where in the hell do they get their employees from??

There is no self check-out, but the store associate who assisted me was super friendly and efficient. She correctly applied all discounts available on my card, and I was out of the store in a few minutes. BTW, I was amazed how many items were labeled with yellow stickers of up to 90%. Most of them were out of stock, but, I imagine, it is possible to score great bargains if shopping on Sundays. Great location. Plenty of parking. I love it. ❤️

The prices are always way too high at CVS. I purchased two items for a total of $21.10 because I was too lazy to commute to Walmart ?!! I gave an extra star because the items were available.

I picked up 5 prescriptions. Got home and only 2 in the huge bag. No one will answer phone. Now they are closed. I'm sure that money just gone.

love this location! Angel or Angela the representative that works at this location is super nice, friendly and helpful! I always go to this store, I prefer to shop at this store location instead of online. It is much more convenient, faster and cheaper!

I dont live very far from this location so I swing by often. Its very well organized and the staff is helpful. The only con is that this location isnt set up for a drive through. However, it makes sense considering the buildings placement.

Literally slowest and most inconsistent pharmacy ever. New people every time I come and the drivethru window is either closed or moves significantly slower than the indoor lines as the pharmacy techs ignore the car lines outside. Don't recommend unless this is your best and only option. Been coming here for months with it getting worse and worse to the point that I could drive farther for better service and still get home faster.
