The store manager, an older woman who acted overwhelmed with 4 customers on the line, was soooo negative about me receiving 340 lousy Moneygram dollars that I left the store instead of waiting to see if they had those funds available. A multi-million dollar corporation not being able to handle a transaction of dispensing $340??? Such irony. Such garbage. Such tragedy.

Received exceptional customer service from John and DeAnthony in the pharmacy. They are both super efficient and my medication was ready pretty quickly. Glad I chose this pharmacy. John even was kind enough to put in the Good Rx discount for me. Keep up the great work here!!

Although the store was neat and clean,the service was horrible. I went to purchase some vitamins and on the shelf it was marked buy one get one free. At the register the lady said it wasn't on sale, I politely explained that there was a sale tag on that item that said otherwise. She went back there and came back and said there was no sale tags. Very deceptive employee or untrained, she went back there and removed the old sale tags and came back to make me look like as if I was looking for a free item. I was so disappointed that I asked her if there was a camera facing on the vitamin aisle, her answer was "why you want to know" of course the other manager didn't offer to review the footage because they were on it together. I didn't went to argue over few dollars so I purchased both of them on two transaction. I am sharing this because I thought that honesty was valued at CVS. On a foot note, the general manager Tye does a wonderful job big kudo to her.

They're understanding they are kind and you do have to have some patience because they have a big workload. They serve many people around them but their customer service is top notch and they do the best they can with the resources they have. They go above and beyond when they can I have experienced it a few times.

HORRIBLE!!!!! They did not honor what they said they would honor for my photo request. I paid in full online. They did not have the photo block that I ordered. They have not refunded me for the photo block but gave me a picture free. The free picture does not replace the total I paid for the photo block. Never will I go there again.

The woman that helped me went above and beyond with all the guest simultaneously, eager to help with everybody’s needs. She was very respectful and kind. She helped me get a passport photo and I even ended up buying a magazine because I was trying to find one specifically and she get a box of new ones to see if I found the one I wanted. I didn’t find the one I wanted but I did find a person with excellent customer service and a very kind soul. In a perfect world the only thing that would improved my experience it would be to found the magazine The Economist but I’m a happy customer regardless.

The 2014 Powers Ferry location Pharmacy is slow, without concern of servicing the long line; it's filthy with dust and debris, the fixtures are old, worn, and uninviting, and I have no choice as it's part of my medical plan with a convenient location. I stop by consecutively to see if I can pick up a prescription and not become another aged fixture. I wish they would just mail all of it.

If I could give them 0 stars… I would Went to this store to purchase foundation. They ran out of my color, but they had a close shade. I picked up the makeup & I thought to myself “do you have foundation in your car? “ I placed the foundation on the shelf and went to check my car. Once I got into my car, cvs employee RAY, ran outside to take a picture of my license plate. Then he ran back inside. So I got out my car & went in him after him to ask him if there is anything I could help him with. He said no. But I told him that I saw him take a picture of my license plate. He said someone saw me take something from the store. I went to grab the foundation i left on the front shelf and handed it over to him. It was embarrassing & quite disgusting. People get sentenced to jail for stealing. He should be terminated for false accusations. No apology . No nothing. I WILL NOT SHOP HERE AGAIN.Now, why would I go back into the store (if I stole something)?

Save yourself some time and gas and DO NOT GO HERE. You will be on hold for 30, 40 mins or forever they never answer the phone, so you have to waist gas and go in when u just need to have something refilled or filled. Then when u do go in there’s a line to the door. Why??? It’s beyond me. They’re unprofessional, rude, hate their jobs and aren’t willing to help you with anything!!!!!

I had a horrible experience with Debby. I went there because the day before someone took me a photo passport and it had a stain on my face, I guess from the print. She was so rude!!! Since the first second I expressed my concern. I worked in customer service before and I know this is not right.
I won’t say the same from the cashier who is in the morning. I don’t know his name but he is so nice. 10/10 for him.

Rude, dumb and completely unprofessional.After automatically sending my prescription from the doctor, they did not start. I had to call and tell them I wanted it. Not normal according to doctor.Their text alerts are messed up. Got a notice that my order would be ready yesterday at 5. After coming in, it’s on back order for 4 days.The opens 15 minutes late and rude about it.

The pharmacy is incredibly slow, puts you on hold and never answers the phone. I’ve had to call my Dr twice to resubmit a prescription because they “lost it” and actually ended up talking to a VP because they put in the system that a prescription had been filled when it hadn’t and I was told that I would have to fix it. Avoid this place if possible
