Ok location. They have gone exclusively to self checkout, unfortunately.We should get a discount for doing their jobs for them.It always takes longer and many price codes appear incorrect requiring assistance.Suggestion: Keep at least one cashier up front. And discount for self check out.

I have my prescriptions here because it's near home, however I always dread picking them up. Pharmacy hours are limited and there's always a long line no matter what time I go. I guess I got spoiled by the delivery service during Covid.

Unorganized. No communication. I will not be going back. Impossible to get a Covid shot even with an appointment. . Should be so simple.

I've been to this location a few times and always wonder "Why don't I move my prescriptions from the N. Decatur location here?" I like this area I feel like a college student again when I'm in the Emery Village area. This is a well-worn location but it still has something that other locations do not have "customer service" employees who don't mind saying "hello", and "Do you need some help?" beyond that if you have been to one CVS you know what you're in for, as Daniel B mentioned there is free parking but be mindful parking spaces can be tight. Take note when you pay for your goods and get a receipt that's a mile long. Sometimes you get a 40-50% coupon in there that can save you on your next trip.

After not receiving my prescription for 2 days after they said it’s not ready, I called to get a status update before driving there the pharmacist answered the phone and said our computers are down we aren’t answering any questions and hung up. So rude.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of using. They hang up on you when you call, yell at you when they do something wrong, they never have my prescriptions in stock and never call in refills at appropriate times. Don't bother with this place.

As mentioned in a note from 2022, this IS NOT a 24 Hour Pharmacy. The store opens but No Pharmacy. It’s now May of 2023.

The store manager made sure I got my savings on my bottled water purchase by entering my phone number on the screen. Also heard an employee tell him he was unlike any other manager she'd ever had. Said she felt comfortable discussing concerns with him so he must have a great team

This CVS pharmacy is the worst I have ever experienced. I took my parents for COVID vaccine shots at this CVS. All I did was asking one question regarding whether they can take additional shots after this one. The pharmacy manager appeared to be irritated and very impatient. She rudely responded she didn't know and would need to call an 800 number to find out. She then rudely throw my dad, who is over 70 years old and already sat down and rolled up his sleeve, out of the line and said we won't be able to get the shots today. Shame on this pharmacy to treat customers, especially seniors, like that! Lack basic respects as humans, not to mention any professionalism! If you don't know what you are doing, you probably should get fired rather than use your rudeness to disguise your ignorance! Just as other reviewers point out, this pharmacy's mission appears to be going out of their way to upset and mistreat customers!

The Emory Village CVS is always a worthwhile shopping experience with friendly, knowledgeable staff from the pharmacy in the back all the way to the front of the store. I feel appreciated when I shop here which is frequently.

Terrible service. Cancelled vaccine appointment with 15 minutes notice. No way to reschedule without starting all over on the website which is confusing. Called the phone number but transferred to a call vent who knew nothing about the location, and just repeated “go to the website “. Hopeless. Go somewhere else.
