Was not acknowledged by one employee the entire time I was there. The check out experience is loud, annoying, and generally terrible. Zero customer service.

They have prescriptions linked to notifications but they have left for lunch and have one rude person explaining the situation. Turn off the notifications when you are at lunch so people don't drive all the way there just to be turned around.

I was panicking trying to find insulin syringes for my cat, and this must’ve been the 5th place I called. Jim, a very sweet man, was the only person who took the time to tell me most pharmacies wouldn’t have insulin syringes for a cat to get immediately (this was an emergency) and looked it up and tell me where to get them. My own vet neglected to tell me I didn’t need a prescription for them, and told me CVS should be able to fill it. It was a simple and took less than 5 minutes, but it meant the world to me and my cat. Me and my furry boy really can’t thank Jim enough!

Best Pharmacy in Atlanta. Our prescriptions are filled quickly and professionally. We count on them and they are always there for us.

This pharmacy is ABSOLUTE GARBAGE!!!! They just decide when they want to be open and closed. Then if a prescription is called in early in the day, they don’t even have the damn decency to let you know when your prescription is ready through the app or text!!! So if you assume they stay open for hours of the other of CVSs at least til 6pm, they don’t even have the decency to have their pharmacy hours listed online or on the app. And to make it worse they have the nerve to be directly across from a hospital. PHARMACIST LINDSEY FLOREZ should go before the board of pharmacists and let someone who’s ethical and doesn’t mind working replace her. She already slow as hell. I hope she needs medical care and have them shut the door in her face.

This CVS Pharmacy has the nicest and most caring pharmacists I've ever come across. I've been spending small fortune on eyedrops every month even with insurance. The pharmacists at the CVS noticed that and let me know about copay assistance that I would have never know existed. It made cost of my medication go from $270 to $0! It was the kindest thing!

My favorite pharmacy staff by far because they treat you like family, always have your back but will tell you to stop acting up if they need to. They should all get nice long vacations and fat bonus checks.

Just had to pick up an additional prescription because the pharmacist didn’t clarify the original order the Dr placed for a medication. I received half the prescription I should have gotten and couldn’t get the repeat medication for 2 days. I was out 2 days of the medication-delay in treatment and could have resulted in further medical issues.Yes, it was the Dr’s error in filling the prescription out wrong however, pharmacists are supposed to double check correct dosage and instructions before giving to patients. They go to school for a long time to remember all the requirements for filling medications for patients.I would have done it at the store but I wasn’t feeling well and didn’t until I got home. When I asked the pharmacist why this wasn’t done, her excuse was that she fills over 400 prescriptions a day. I understand that’s a lot, but more so, what is VERY concerning is her attitude and that that was her excuse. I can’t imagine other mistakes she has made for other patients.I’ll be changing pharmacies from now on and definitely don’t recommend such lax attitudes towards filling medications. If they are that over worked maybe they need to hire more people so patients don’t get over or underdosed. VERY DANGEROUS.

I just left the pharmacy where I was going to fill a prescription but I had to wait for my insurance to make adjustments. I had two items that I asked the pharmacy technician to ring up and she told me she could not ring up my items because I was not filling a prescription at that time. I have never had a staff member at any CVS decline to serve me. She was just rude and unnecessary. We have to do better people are going through so much in these days. Be kinder pharmacy tech. ❤️

Absolute worst CVS in Atlanta. Extremely rude staff both in person and in the phone.2 hours ago they told me my prescription was ready. Was prescribed by a CVS minute clinic doctor. This CVS then sent me a text to see if I needed it, but they link they sent did not work. I called them back, and they said it was ready. But, told me they could transfer to a drive through location instead if I wanted, citing they preferred to not have to deal with clients directly. I was taken aback and said they could transfer it to another CVD, but refused to foward it to another CVS to do so. They said I had to call, and that is there policy. I told them my policy is to pick up the prescription where there own doctor called it in. So, I declined and came to pick it up.But, of course it’s not ready. Over 2 hours after confirming it was ready. They were rude again in person asking why I did not want to to a drive through. It does not matter, and I have never had any other CVS location push clients on the phone and in person to go somewhere else before, so they would have less work and less scripts to fill.Totally rude and totally unacceptable staff!

The pharmacy staff is very rude. The cashier refused to ring up five small items in addition to my prescription that was filled. She rudely directed my to go to the front of the store to make my purchases. I’m sick of the horrible customer service in these Atlanta stores.

Kit Leorne and Deshawn Greene were absolutely DISGUSTING and RUDE! Would never go back or recommend to go here. Ricky was the only helpful and kind one. No one should be treated with DISRESPECT when they’re spending their hard earned money.

After standing in like for 15/20 mins (there was a long line) I was told I could not ring up my 2 bags of chips and my soda water WITH my 2 prescription medicines that I was buying because there was a line behind me . So I was told to go to another line after I bought my medicine which inconvenienced me . I understand you have to take care of customers in line however IM A CUSTOMER who waited in line . So now I have two charges on my card and had to wait another few minutes when I just left the hospital with a concussion. It was ridiculous and I think it should be addressed. The receipt says it was James that helped me I don’t know if it’s her last name but the cashier was a younger African American lady. Please Do Better.
