Horrendous pharmacists. You can't visit this location because it takes over half an hour. You can't call because they won't pick up the phone for over 40 minutes. When you ask them to do something, they'll put you on a wait list instead of just doing it while they're working with you. Never coming back to this place again.

Had a prescription that was sent here and the automated service kept telling me that there was no prescription for me so I opted to speak with a pharmacist. The young lady that came to the line stated that there was no prescription I said I understand that but I know my doctor sent it over, she just repeats herself with an attitude that there is no prescription which causes me to disconnect the line. The issue was that my insurance didn’t cover that particular medication but she did no extra work to find this out or assist in any manner. I’ve been going to this pharmacy for 10+ years but I won’t be back!!!

Don’t carry Covid tests… in a pandemic… when it’s getting bad again. Now I have to go buy the $10 for 1 pack! People do not have the money to pay for these tests so they go around and spread it to people like me who has heart and neurological issues from Covid.

Until recently I would have nothing bad to say about this location, but lately they just seem rude and rushy on the phone like no time to answer questions. think it's time for a new location for me, I hate that this one is so convenient for me.

I named myself the "Queen of CVS "( my family and I have been loyal customers for over 40 years ) . I am very pleased to share that my experiences at the CVS location at 1455 Moreland Avenue, Atlanta ,GA 30316 have always been very positive . My visit onJuly 23,2023 was extra special .The moment I walked in the door , NICOLE ,the store manager warmly greeted me . She was busy unpacking /arranging inventory. Next, she took a great amount of time price checking items for me. And then , Nicole assisted me in reactivating my "CAREPASS ". She updated my payment and identification information . Then Nicole ,assisted me in redeeming my coupons and pointing out a special deal on perfume . Nicole is the epitome of an outstanding supervisor . She leads by EXAMPLE !! KUDOS TO CVS FOR EMPLOYING NICOLE !!I realize this review is very lengthy ; however, I must give a big shoutout to JOINYA . She demonstrates that she pays close attention to the training that Nicole provides. On one of my previous visits to the location, Joinya was extremely ,helpful, patient ,kind, courteous ,and professional to me !I highly recommend this CVS location !

I just left the cvs on Moreland ave the pharmacy manager tye, was very rude she was very aggravated when I ask wat time the pharmacy area opens I told her if she doesn’t like her job she should quit !!!!

This place is a train wreck. Stopped by last night to pick up a sympathy card for a coworker. When I went to pay there were no cashiers and a long line of people at the self checkout. The gentleman at the kiosk was having a problem and clearly needed help. The only employee in sight was doing a really good job of ignoring him. I gave up and left.

It's 9:10am. The pharmacy phone is ringing. They are supposed to open at 9am.The store is also never well-stocked for over-the-counter medicine. The shelves are always half empty.Go to another location instead.

The staff at the pharmacy are always nice. They've gone the extra mile for me on more than one occasion, and as someone who is chronically ill, that means a lot.
