Horrible service! My son picked up his antibiotics and ibuprofen for a severe bilateral ear infection. Picked up, got home, realized the antibiotic was NOT in the bag. In no way did they report to him the fact that they were OUT (?) of Amoxicillin until he returned. He had to go to another pharmacy to get the meds. Zero customer service, zero professionalism.

I just moved back to the area & the level of service at the pharmacy here is negative 10! Asked for help to transfer meds & the people didn't want to help. Go some where else. This place has gone down hill

Staff always friendly and helpful. Alex, the pharmacy manager, helped me with a rebill while taking care of other customers at the same time. What a boss.

The worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Everything is always on back order, sometimes for months. The staff is always rude and unhelpful. Good luck getting any information from them. You’re lucky if you can even get some of them to take their EarPods out their ears and actually listen. Expect long lines and zero communication when helped other than the response “I don’t know”. You’ll also get text alerts saying your prescriptions are ready but when you arrive they’ll in-fact not be ready. While this pharmacy is walking distance and most convenient for me, I’d rather drive somewhere that has their practice in order.

Imagine calling the pharmacy to check the status of your prescription that you've been told will be in stock "tomorrow" for the 3rd time in a week. Now imagine that call being placed in a "queue", and having enough time to walk 3 blocks over while still in same queue, only to find a pharmacy with no line and 5 staff members...and a phone chirping "1 pharmacy call" every 30 seconds. Get your prescriptions filled elsewhere.

Quite literally the worst CVS pharmacy I’ve been to. Not only did they provide me the wrong amount for my prescription, when I contacted them about the issue and asked for my proper refill that my doctor had sent over, they refused and said the they had given me 60 instead of 30 previously based on their records. OF COURSE IT SAYS 60 IN YOUR RECORDS BECAUSE YOU PUT IT IN WRONG. Not only did I wait in line for way too long, when I approached the lady regarding the issue, she immediately gave me attitude. She said she’ll check the inventory and give me a call when she does. When I asked when that would possibly be, she was extremely unprofessional and rude, then walked away mid sentence. Don’t come to this pharmacy. Go to the Publix right down the block and they have way better service.

This is going to the CVS corporate office.I am writing to express my deep disappointment and concern regarding a recent encounter I had at your CVS pharmacy located at 842 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA 30308]on October 24th, 2023. The incident involved a CVS employee named Raynell, and I felt compelled to bring this matter to your attention. On the specified date, I visited the pharmacy to pick up my prescription for high blood pressure medication, as I was instructed to do after 5 pm. However, what transpired during my visit was a profoundly distressing experience. I was informed by a pharmacy tech that my prescription had not been filled, and this naturally led to a discussion about why this had occurred. At that point, Raynell, whom I believe is the pharmacy manager or a senior staff member, overheard our conversation.Rather than addressing the issue professionally and with the level of care and concern one would expect from a healthcare provider, Raynell's response was utterly unprofessional and alarming. She informed me that she did not have the time to locate my prescription due to being too busy. Furthermore, she told me that if I was dissatisfied with the situation, I could go to the back and search for it myself. This response was not only dismissive but also highly disrespectful and unsuitable for a professional healthcare setting. As a customer seeking assistance with my essential high blood pressure medication, I was shocked by Raynell's lack of empathy and disregard for my needs. What is most perplexing is that throughout this ordeal, Raynell never made any effort to assist me in any way. Instead, after a frustrating back-and-forth discussion about the poor customer service I had received, Raynell took the shocking step of informing me that I should leave, stating that she was the "Dr" and that she was "done" with me. I was left feeling helpless and abandoned at a critical moment when I required support and access to my necessary medication.I am writing this complaint not only to share my personal experience but also to bring to your attention the glaring need for improved customer service and professionalism within your CVS pharmacy. The manner in which Raynell handled this situation was completely unacceptable and potentially detrimental to my health, considering the importance of high blood pressure medication.I kindly request that CVS investigates this incident thoroughly, addresses the behavior of Raynell and any involved staff, and takes proactive measures to prevent such incidents from recurring in the future. Your customers, especially those with medical needs, deserve to be treated with respect, compassion, and professionalism at all times.I hope that my feedback is taken seriously, and I look forward to seeing CVS make improvements in its customer service standards to ensure that no other customers have to endure such a distressing experience.

This location is highly unprofessional and does not put patient care first. The pharmacist has no knowledge did patient triage in the event that they are overloaded. They billed my paxlovid incorrectly and I had to wait greater than 30 minutes. They risked the health of other customers by making me wait around greater than 10 people with an active case of Covid-19. They took their sweet time giving flu shots and exposing all their routine vaccination patients to me. I kept telling them that they were delaying my care as someone who’s immunocompromised and who has adrenal insufficiency. They don’t care if they delay patient care or expose their other customers to infection.

Convenient under ground parking while you shop here. Stairs right into the store, very easy park and shop access. They only had 1 of the 3 items we were looking for. The probiotics looked smashed and mangled, took a pass.

I moved into this neighborhood 28 years ago. I do most of my rx buys here. However I have moved all my prescriptions elsewhere and I am DONE with this store. The pharmacy is very busy. Full of GA tech folks and students I guess. Service in the past has been mixed. However I started to recently shop around all prescriptions with insurance and goodrx and singlecare. Their prices are seldon eve the lowest and shelf prices are extreme high. I noticed a common brand name product at $9.37 I believe which is $3.99 at target. So if you think your getting a deal with a string of coupons at checkout think again! You are just getting fleeced! common brand name product at $9.37 I believe which is $3.99 at target. So if you think your getting a deal with a string of coupons at checkout think again! You are just getting fleeced! The big reason to cut this place is that I checked a price and it was lower at Kroger so I had them move the remaining refills to Kroger. It was 2 fills at 24 quantity each. Sounds simple huh?? What did they do, they move 1 pill at 36. 36 was never in this at all. It was just move and dont mess with whats there, but no, they screw around with quantity for no reason at all. By doing so that would make me needing to get my Dr to write more and most likely he would want me to come in and see him $$$$ before writing another rx. This doesnt event matter to most pharmacists, they think oh no problem just ask for more. Yeah right. It seems most of the help here is students. Im guessing they get student help at a discount or free but geez, a pharm Tech student that cant just move an rx without messing with it for no reason at all? It never needed to be messed with. 2 x 24 Ok I will tell them 36! Yup this is true! Someone is BRAIN DEAD HERE! So I go talk to the manager. She seems like a student too. She also wears no name tag. I had gone in yesterday and she says yes I will move this RX for you, most likely tonight, but if not FIRST THING tomorrow. So I go to Kroger to fill it and by 11am still again not done. So much for promises! I have to return to the store and wait in line to get it done. If pharmacists are going to mess up your prescriptions thats a danger to your health! Their lack of understanding the most basic thing scares me. I always thought pharmacies had system in place to check and double check as I have 2 pharmacist nieces. Evidently no such thing exists at this location. Its scary. I know! Nobody should expect the quality of help in todays world that we used to consider normal. Anything goes...but do you want this with your health? Messing up prescriptions can have serious consequences. I should not have to go around and try to repair mess ups that never ever should have happened. You come year YOU might be messed up next!!! A simple thing turned into a big failure for me and then I had to go back yet again! I also went there for parking, which is covered which is good when it rains. But last time there I saw a homeless man go to every single car and look in the windows. Several cars he would pull the handle to see if it opens. He didnt break any glass on any of them but didnt miss a single car. This was quick too, so nobody in the store knew, he moved fast. I called police but they cant do anything once he is gone.

Switched to Capsule due to the horrendous service. But sometimes there’s an immediate need for something capsule doesn’t have. Im quickly reminded why I refuse to go here.Every time I’ve ever been in there, someone is fighting with the pharmacy. Typical is a long line down to the front door, and God forbid you need a consultation they make you wait in another line and that’s if and when someone comes to consult. Usually to tell you they can’t fill a prescription cos they close at 6 and refuse to work or take care of customers.I’ve filed several complaints with corporate, yet nothing is ever done. They don’t care. Moving forwards I’m refusing to do business with CVS, period. Don’t ever force your sick patients to wait when they are in pain and need antibiotics. I’ve had enough with your nonsense!

If I could give zero stars I would. Techs at the counter are plain rude. I came to pick mi medicine and they close at 7pm. It was 6:57 and she said " we are closed" she was not the kind of person you put out there to deal with the public. She yelled at me " what part of we are closed you don't understand?" I live around the corner and this pharmacy is convenient but I am not taking any more abuse from this bitter people. Stay away from them!
