I have been a loyal customer of this pharmacy for over 10 years. Today, I called to refill a prescription and had a very disappointing experience with the pharmacy manager, Alana. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Instead of asking me to repeat my information when she entered it incorrectly, she became frustrated and insisted that I bring my insurance card in person. This lack of patience and courtesy was greatly unappreciated and unnecessary. As a result, I will be changing my pharmacy.

at CVS all of the products are easily located. The stores are clean. You get more value for your money with the reward bucks in the pharmacy is outstanding quick fast and convenient.

Giving CVS Pharmacy one star is being generous! The sad part is, it's not one location. I received poor customer service at the Fairview. Candler and Boulevard locations. They are very rude and not helpful at all! Candler Rd didn't have my prescription but no one called me to notify me and it's been almost two weeks. I plan to contact their corporate office as well about the lack of customer service I receive each, and every time.

Apparently their payment system is down - frequently? - but they don’t bother to say anything until you have spent time shopping and go to the register. And then you have to put everything back. While you are actively bleeding and in need of neosporin and bandaids.

Came over at 730am on a Saturday. Hours on the door said they are open at 7am, but all the lights are off. Posted hours aren’t always accurate.

Was asked to leave feedback at the store today for my experience, read the whole review!
Before today, I would've rated this store 2.5 stars as it was always a suboptimal experience and my wife could never get a hold of pharmacy techs on the phone. My wife is a "frequent flier" at the pharmacy, so it's important for us to have a quick in and out experience whenever we have to go in to pick up her Rx's since we are having to go in so often. I don't give blame to the pharmacy techs or pharmacist here, since this is a VERY high traffic store without a drive thru, so they are having to handle a very niche situation for pharmacies these days.
I guess management must have taken the previous reviews into consideration and made some changes! My experience with Amanda today was so pleasant, she brought this review up to 4 stars!! My wife had a new prescription to fill and we wanted to try out GoodRx, and she walked me through how to get the coupon to work for our visit and subsequent visits. The pharmacist on staff today (didn't get her name) was also pleasant to work with. The employees all worked right up to just past their lunch start time and made sure everyone's requests were handled appropriately before heading out. Very professional!
I hope management keeps this pace up, the experience was definitely smooth sailing today. Great work everyone!

The worst cvs store ever! I'll be transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy so I don't ever need to step my foot at this place. The pharmacy people are the most useless and helpless I've ever seen. I called the pharmacy about a prescription I get thru cvs caremark and the lazy attendant had no idea what cvs caremark is??? She hung up on me. This store needs to be shut down and the place used for something thats actually useful, cause this store is not!

I’m so tired of giving this pharmacy chance after chanced after chance. I was 4th in line and watched every single person in front of me have some kind of issue getting their meds. I think someone has to be mishandling the meds whether they are stealing it or something because it’s NEVER a smooth and easy process and one time I was forced to pay $250 for meds that should have been $10 and then I had to call my insurance company who said it was the pharmacy’s fault. Something is NOT right. Until the issue is resolved, I will be transferring to the pharmacy on Cascade.

Pharmacy techs are not considerate of people’s time. Came in for a vaccine that I had scheduled, arrived on time with no other vaccinations ahead of me. I Sat for 40 minutes before I just left. Vaccination area was messy as well, just go someplace else

Pharmacy service is a joke. You call and you call and half the time they put you on hold to never come back and the other half they hang up on you the moment you get through.

Terrible customer service. I called ahead to see when my photos would be ready. The lady said an hour. I came about an hour and a half after and they still wasn't ready. Just communication was terrible.
