The staff have been nothing but nice and friendly to me. UPDATE : 3/23/24 Employee by the name of Tom was very nice, professional and helpful. Tom came across as a kind human being. I believe he has a great future ahead of him. ??

I’ve been here twice, and I feel like I was watched the entire time I was shopping/checking out——— that’s infuriating when I’m a PAYING customer. A lady that was also shopping before me, was just complaining about her doing that to them as well. However, I noticed that she did not do that to the customers after me. Weird. Won’t be coming back to this location.

I have been trying to call to find out how I can get my prescription filled that was called in three weeks ago. Each time I call I have been placed on hold for over 15 minutes and then someone picks up and disconnects the call. This has happened three times in the past hour.

I had to drive from Decatur to this pharmacy for an emergency prescription for my dog. It was definitely out of the way, but I had the best experience once I got there. The pharmacists were super helpful and Angel, who checked me out with other goodies, was so sweet and comforting! Thank you guys- Hazel is safe and healing with me back at home. I really appreciate y'all.

The pharmacy here is the worst. Either understaffed or overstaffed and just not paying attention to people waiting in line.I am sorry to be that way but it has happened numerous times. Great location but I think another location might be the better option.

Really not surprised by the 2 star rating. Had a 12pm appointment with the pharmacy for a Antigen rapid Covid test. It’s 12:11 and they still have the drive thru closed. 12:15 I go into the store to see what the issue was. I was informed that someone didn’t show up and the pharmacist that did come in walked out. It’s very unfortunate for those who use this pharmacy and need medication. The whole ordeal was very unprofessional…

Never a "please" or a "thank you", or "thank you for waiting" or any behavior that constitutes basic civility. One time I was told that a simple prescription that I take daily was unavailable. This went on for over a week. Finally I went to another chain drug store that is not so convenient but the med was readily available there. And the staff was no nice, I was taken aback. It's time to switch over to that store again. I will say that there is a pharmacist at this CVS - Spencer - who is very thoughtful, hence the 2 stars for the store instead of one. But the rest of the staff is clearly unhappy, or do not care, or both.

Alyssa(?) In the pharmacy was the only person that could get me some answers within 30 seconds and didn't have an attitude. Pay her what she deserves . She's great .

Went to get cold medicine... Took the card on the shelf to the pharmacy... They have cards but no meds, so I had to get something different than what I intended...My only issue with the store was the narrow aisles, with displays in the ends -makes it difficult to walk through.

Today will be the last time I will go to this store. Lack of customer service is not what I was accepting from CVS. Above all very high prices compared to publics and Kroger. Not recommended.

I dropped a disposable camera off at this location for the film to be developed and they informed me that they have to send the camera off to NC to be developed and it’s 3 week process. Cool, that wasn’t a problem. That was July 16th. It is now August 20th and still no photos. I’ve received a few automated calls from CVS informing me that my photos are ready for pick up but when I arrive to the location they tell me that they see no photos of mine. The front area where all the photos are looks terrible and disorganized. I think my memories are gone forever and this is truly horrible. There is no number with NC that you can call to check the status either. Just a disaster.
