This location made it very hard to fill my Tylenol 3 prescription. Ran out of medicine and never communicated the problem or tried to initiate prescription transfer. Hung up on me after calling several times. Appalling “service”.

THE WORSE CVS EVER I had photos made to be pick up there THE PICTURES WAS NOT DONE RIGHT THE PHOTO AREA IS VERY DISORGANIZED took forever to find my order then my order was not correct had magnets made was not with the order the cashier was NOT HELPFUL WELL I SHOULDNT SAY CASHIER CAUSE YOU HAVE TO RING YOURSELF UP THE MAN WITH A CVS SHIRT WAS THERE BUT NOT HELPFUL AT ALL HE WAS NOT RINGING NOBODY UP AND IT WAS A LINE THIS WAS ( SAT. Feb. 24, 2024) I Will NOT be going to this CVS ever again very Disappointed this store needs Professional help ASAP!!!!!

Pharmacy line took 40 min for 3 cars. They do not answer the phone at pharmacy or either hang up. Worse CVS so far.

I'm over CVS and the all self checkout. Customers do not work here!!!!! The time an employee spends monitoring and helping the customers who are checking themselves out, they could've been behind the register checking out the customers!!! Customers should have checkout options! Would rather go to Walgreens and wait in line.

It wasn’t the best experience. The employees seem irritated and not very helpful. Then it appears they prefer EVERYONE to use self checkout. I started scanning, the razor scanned, but the cookies wouldn’t scan after trying a few times, I see a cashier looking at everyone saying,”You got it? You got?” Not offering to really help anyone. I put all my stuff back and walked out. She asked,”Oh you don’t want it?” I said,”No!” I’m just tired of the direction we’re heading where pretty much, we are no longer given a choice, we just have to do it how they say do it. I frankly don’t feel like fighting for a self checkout machine to work! It was a subpar visit.

The pharmacy had me going back and forth to get information for a prescription transfer and they sent me away knowing I wouldn’t be able to come back in time before they closed for lunch and then when I came back they said “sorry we are closed for lunch try again at 2” so not only did they waste my time they knew they were doing it which is the worst part for me

I requested a refill on my prescription and the estimated time is over 2 days to get it filled. I tried transferring to another pharmacy but it’s in processing and I cannot without the pharmacy actually picking up the phone. I’ve tried calling at least 5 times with wait times over 20 mines each time. Another cvs even tried and no one is picking up the phone. This is ridiculous.

These types of stores Walgreens, cvs dollar general etc....... have bare minimum food and accessories. So, if you want one or 2 of something it's a possibility. They'll have it it depends on what day you go.

I recently stopped in so that my toddler could use the bathroom and this is what we saw! (See pics)The bathroom was disgusting. I wouldn't let a dog use this bathroom. I had to quickly run to Publix nearby! Had me too upset! If you're a mom, you know how stressful this situation was smh

If I could give 0 star I would. This review is for the CVS Pharmacy on Campbelton road in the Plaza where Dominos is located. I was in the drive thru line for about 20 mins. When I reach the drive thru window I was greeted with a sign saying they are on a break from 1:30 to 2:00. Did I mentioned that I was in line way before 1:30. This is not customer service if you ask me. The proper thing to do was have the sign posted before you get in the drive thru. That way a Customer can make a better decision on going through the drive thru or not. Now I understand why your reviews are low. Remember Customer Service goes along way and CVS Pharmacy drop the ball today. 07/22/23

CVS is convenient for me, however they don’t have enough cashiers and the parking lot is always nasty. They should have someone there to pick up the trash in the parking lot.

SO I HAVE BEEN HOLDING ON THE PHONE FOR THE PHARMACY FOR OVER AN HOUR, HOW RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCARING. IM A HEALTHCARE PROVIDER TRYING TO ASSIST A PATIENT WITH A MEDICATION REFILL. I WOULD NEVER NOR RECOMMENED PATRONIZING THIS PHARMACY!!!!
