This was the absolute worse CVS I've ever been to in my life. I went in to send a money gram I was here to young ladies behind the counter complaining about something but couldn't make exactly what it was about. I was with my 4 year old son and tried to use the money gram machine and when the transaction did not go through, I asked the young lady can she assist me with this machine the machine has said error 301 can't send but so much money so I asked the lady how do I send a certain amount of money she was cut off by another young girl telling me well obviously you can't put a certain amount of money in. So I didn't say obviously really why are you giving me attitude this is terrible customer service this is not how you talk to customers that's very rude and very disrespectful. First of all I wasn't talking to you. I was talking to the other lady that was helping me I've been asked for a name. I told her I would never come back to this CVS and then I will complain on every platform about the CVS on how I was treated in front of my four-year-old son this lady obviously knows nothing about customer service. She complains about everything from what I saw and she's not doing her job at all. I think the hiring process for the CVS as a joke, and I will never set foot in at CVS even though I live close. This girl has said I'm getting on her fucking nerves in front of my four-year-old just a terrible experience, and I will never step foot in that place again this happened July 20, 2023 around 4:30 in the afternoon this lady should be fired associate the hiring processing team and learn what customer service is really about.

oh my goddess, i never do this but this lady at the pharmacy here. i called about refilling my prescription & ive never had such lack of customer service via the phone. She had such an attitude, when i genuinely was sweet & trying to answer her questions. I called today @5pm Wednesday April 19th. Just Hung up after our conversation without saying anything also & that just really got to me. Maybe she was having a bad day & i get that but that just was a terrible experience & i believe she needs someone to hold her accountable for here lack of empathy & good attitude. Definitely projecting her negativity.

i love this cvs! they're super nice & considerate at the pharmacy. parking is super easy. sure the line gets up to about 5 people sometimes and that's frustrating but sometimes you have to wait in line in life! not sure why this has such a bad rating. i go here all the time & it's great.

The pharmacy is SO rude. Sat on hold for 20 minutes just for someone to open the line and hang up. I called back and someone answered and said can you hold please, I begged her for a second to explain what just happened and she hung up on me. Will NEVER use this CVS.

Sat on hold for 20 minutes to transfer a prescription, only to be told that while this pharmacy received my prescription, they couldn't transfer it, and that I would have to call the cvs I wanted it to go to (even though this location was the one that received my prescription). When I asked for the number, and qualified that I couldn't look it up myself because I was driving, the person on the phone claiming to be the manager couldn't provide it. If their "manager" couldn't even manage to provide a phone number to a customer in need, I would never trust them to properly fill a prescription.

My review is for the MinuteClinic. There's honestly no point in making an appointment at this location. I made an appointment for 1pm and when I arrived the screen showed that I had minutes before I would be seen. As I'm waiting, a man walks up to the exam room and knocks on the door with food in his hand. I sit here patiently and as a walk-in looks at the board, I now realize that my wait time has increased by 40 minutes and now it's after the nurse's lunch. A simple TB test that should've taken no longer than 15 minutes is now turning into an hour+ long ordeal. After posting this at 1:44 I received a phone call that my appointment could not be honored. Of course there's no recourse of any kind. Don't waste your time here. Do yourself a favor.

Been going here 5 years since my insurance requires CVS to fill my prescriptions. I dont know if it is poor pharmacy management or too high a volume but the pharmacy customer service and speed of filling prescriptions is bad. They are always backed up...like hours. Most every visit you can hear the non stop phone ringing in the pharmacy where no one is answering the phones. By luck I tried another CVS a few months ago and have received a totally different experience of helpful pharmacist, pharmacy clerk and 10-20 wait for prescriptions.
