My experience with the e pharmacist at CVS, so far, is very positive. Would have given them 5 stars if they had informed me of a prescription they didn't have in stock. Other than that they are very professional and customer friendly.

In regards to the drive-thru pharmacy, wait times are usually excessive. 40+ minutes waiting in line is certainly excessive. The appearance of signage, windows is very unprofessional. The overall appearance of the Pharmacy drive-thru is poor, unmanaged and unprofessional.Pharmacy staff appear overwhelmed and that bleeds into their inability to provide a good customer experience. After Rx are filled, typically the order is given without expression (physically or verbally) from Pharmacy staff.So many areas of the customer experience need to be addressed and managed.I continue to use the MLK Pharmacy only because of its convenient location.One very positive aspect of this Pharmacy is my Rx's are usually available when I visit.

The worst staff store always have isle full with bins and boxes. Drive thur is horrible be prepared to wait for when a staff wants to help. Horrible staff and customer service!

Customer service in the pharmacy is unsatisfactory. Just the way they speak to the customers, especially the elderly. And the pharmacists and techs watch on and don't care how their customers are being treated. They surely aren't concerned about the wait time. We were just standing there waiting. A tech looked up at us but failed to alert the cashier that someone was waiting. They just need to respect community they work in instead of being unkind.

I visit this CVS out of convenience. The staff is friendly, the store always seems to be out of something. I don't like that a lot of the products they offer are locked in containers. Additionally, the pharmacy team is nice and well informed about their work. However there is always a supply issue when I go here to pick up medication for my elderly family members.

CVS already not a good pharmacy store or no order good kind of store bottom line is if my mother wasn't getting her medication there I probably wouldn't stop there for nothing but this MLKing Jr. store is the worst no customer service at all pull up to the pick up window a sign say pick up another sign say drop off only but people come from five cars back get in the drop off only to pick up not only is that wrong but hell the girl at the window hold a family conversation like this supposed to happen the inside of the store never organized always out of the right stuff everyone looking stretched out for no reason they slow and it's only one or two customers they really want you to us the self checkout nope come check me out girl I'd rather go to Walmart
