We have been ordering from Cut Rate for many years under two different businesses. They have always provided the best service that has always been convenient with their delivery option. The box prices are unbeatable so much so that our sister companies in Florida and North Carolina always ask us to throw them some boxes on transfer trucks. The overrun boxes are great for us when shipping customer orders and the standard sizes are also great as they have some nice long boxes we use for items that are 4' plus. It save us and our customers so much money not having to ship thin but long items via freight truck.

This place is always cool and a life saver for me. I never had a problem with service or price. All staff from orders, calls and warehouse workers are all respectful. I'm very happy this business is around.

I have lived in Atlanta for decades, (no idea how to change the location on this Yelp site.) I used to live down the street from Cut Rate Box. It's been there forever, if you have a problem -- it's you. They're great!

This review is for the warehouse(not a showroom).Elena really needs to work on her customer service. She was rude and got annoyed because I asked her to provide information that I guess was too much for her. She then rudely passed me on to someone else to handle my purchase. Thankfully Donald attended and clearly paid attention during customer service training because he was VERY helpful and pleasant and had no issue providing the information I needed and assisting with my purchase.The prices are quite decent and worth it. Hopefully you'll work with Donald.

top notch. saved me at least 1/2 of what same boxes at uline would have cost. helpful guys that took phone order and help load trailer. will most likely be back.

It was unclear to me what the actual name of the business is... The placard says "Service Box & Tape".They have a sign indicating to call when you get there which I did and they brought out my order. Four stars because there seemed to be what I perceived to be a long delay figuring out where it was. They had a 45 minute heads up that I was on my way but it wasn't ready to go when I got there and they didn't have lots of trucks coming in and out...?♂️?♂️
