We’ve had excellent experience with Critter Sitters over several years with different sitters. Most recently we worked with Alex. He was like the pet whisperer! All our animals loved him immediately. Alex sent regular updates and pictures which our kids really appreciated. Thanks for taking such great care!

I used critter sitters this Christmas for my senior dog who is about to turn 14. She lost her hearing this summer and I was concerned about leaving her for the holiday but Alex from Critter sitters eased all my concerns. We set up a meet and greet, and went over all of Vivian’s needs. Alex took amazing care of Vivian, and sent daily photo updates to let me know how she was doing. Thank you Alex and critter sitters for taking care of my old girl. Highly recommend!

Alex K has been wonderful. We feel so much peace of mind when we’re out of town. Alex takes the time to give our cat plenty of enrichment and attention during each visit, and they have developed a great bond. Alex is a great communicator and sends lots of cute pictures!

Alex looked after my two cats while I traveled for several days and I couldn’t have felt better about what good hands they were in!He sent photos every day updating me and had no problem giving meds to one of my very picky and stubborn cats. You can tell he takes his job seriously and does his best to provide everything your animal needs during his visit (in my cats’ case it was lots of cuddles and play time).Definitely recommend Alex if you need to feel good about someone looking after your critters while you’re gone!

I recently had to leave town for a night, and as the owner of a diabetic cat, finding reliable and caring pet sitters has always been a top priority. I had the pleasure of using Critter Sitters for the second time, and once again, they exceeded my expectations.Last year, Carol took care of Cookie, and her dedication and care were exceptional. This year, I had Alex as our pet sitter, and I can't express how thankful I am for the wonderful job they did. Alex made sure that Cookie was well-fed, his litter box was kept clean, and most importantly, his insulin shots were administered flawlessly.What truly set Critter Sitters apart for me was the outstanding communication. Alex kept me updated after each visit, letting me know how Cookie was doing. The cherry on top was the photo updates that I received.Having an older cat with health issues used to be a source of stress for me when leaving town, but thanks to Critter Sitters, I now have peace of mind. Their professionalism, reliability, and genuine care for pets are truly remarkable.

We have had Critter Sitters take care of 2 of our dogs and cat for the past 2 years. Our old sitter recently left but highly recommended Alex as someone that would be great with our paw patrol. He was absolutely wonderful! He sent us routine pictures, that were adorable of our fur kids. Even with some accidents that our kids made in the house (which I stress over anyone having to deal with) he had zero issues and always made me feel better. I would highly recommend Alex if you are on the fence about leaving your fur kids.

After having some not-so-great experiences with other sitter services, working with Alex at Critter Sitters was a dream. They took great care of my crew and kept in contact with me during our trip out of town. Alex sent great photos of my babies that I gladly shared with all my friends that I was traveling. They were the highlights of our trip. I could rest easily and relax, knowing Alex had our pup and kitties taken care of. I can't wait to work with Critter Sitters and Alex again.

If you have exotic pets (anything NOT a cat or dog), give these sitters a try. Alex was an especially good fit for our geckos and Guinea pig. He listened, asked for details, and clearly cared about our small family. We came home from vacation knowing that our pets were in good hands, and that they were safe & sound. Thanks Critter Sitters!

Sadly, my experience with Critter Sitters was disappointing. Called on Monday to have a sitter assigned and come over for getting to know our pets. The sitter contacted me promptly and said they would come on Tuesday. So far so good.That Tuesday, the sitter had some issues at work, so couldn't make it, offering to "meet tomorrow" instead - fine. They didn't visit on Wednesday either, because they somehow mixed up days of the week, so they offered to come on Thursday - fine. They didn't visit on Thursday either, because their car unfortunately broke down. Though this was a random event, someone from Critter Sitters was supposed to call me promptly, because we were leaving on Friday. This didn't happen after several hours, so I called myself. I spoke Carol, the manager, when she apologized for the situation. It turned out no sitter was available anymore, so we were asked if we can make other arrangements. We did - we went ahead with boarding our pets elsewhere.It seems that this is not the typical experience here. Personally though, the multiple reschedulings (which I was fortunately fine with as I work remotely, but most people aren't in such a flexible situation) and no follow-up on Thursday after Critter Sitters decided to look for another sitter, especially when we were leaving in less than a day, was disappointing.

This is an amazing service for pet owners in Atlanta – it's very organized and always available. Recently went out of town for a holiday weekend and our sitter, Alex, was able to meet up on short notice to do a walkthrough and meet the cats before we left, even after running around town all morning to help another client's sick pet. They go above and beyond, send photos of the kittos, and ensure we had details of each visit. I highly recommend!!
