I went to this location to buy a screensaver for my son's phone. Elexis and Brianna we're both very helpful and knowledgeable answering every question that I had. They were also very informative and told me about different programs that I may be eligible for. The two of them were great and make me want to visit this location again.

I felt welcome and comfortable at this location I didn’t know exactly what I was looking for but I just knew I needed a phone. But Ms Ashley asked the right questions and I was able to get what I needed for my uncle Reginald Mr Money flow…. Thanks again Ashley.she also took the time to and patience to set up his email and pandora uncle was really happy !!!!!

Bad coverage and the worst customer service. App will not down load on their phone. And if you do get customer service their English is so bad you can not understand them, Cricket is just another "do not care about it customers company."
