Things were very busy at the branch, yet they were very courteous, pleasant and seemed very happy to help. It’s not common that you find people who are enthusiastic and excited about doing a superb job on a Saturday. We enjoyed working with them. We must also commend the branch manager on helping to create a motivating environment and supporting them in doing a great customer service job.”

“I visited this branch last week and was assisted by Jazmine. When I was directed to her for my visit, I immediately felt good and cracked a small smile. As expected, she did not remember me but I definitely remembered her. She was the teller for my visit around Christmas and knew she would be of great help this time as well. During this visit, she answered all my questions and was very attentive. She waited patiently as I had to make a phone call to another business to confirm some information I needed to complete my transaction. Through it all she remained calm with all the questions I asked. Very polite, courteous, and professional. Thank you again!”
“On 8/4, I went to the Atlanta Rd/Smyrna location, to get bank statements print-outs...which I was told there's a $5 fee, as it was a few minutes before 4pm closing. I was escorted to the ATM @ the branch, and withdrew $20...the young lady that assisted me didn't make it clear...that each months - statements is $5! So I left swiftly, didn't realize I didn't get my change until I stopped @ a restaurant. I called the Customer Service #, as IK they were closed, and spoke to a lady, whereas she emailed and or left a message with Saria.(unsure of spelling). I am very appreciative....that this Financial Institution has really worked with me with my loans. But I don't appreciate the young lady..
per her supervisor once she returned my call, letting me know about the particulars on my $20 and chamge! IK this is trivial but you can't just take it upon yourself, and make a decision for me how to apply my moneys without my acknowledgement!.Going forward please ask and be clear on the activity being presumed.”
