Cool little shop for those who have limited access to bigger markets.
The clerks here need more training on proper greetings at the door (for all entering patrons) .
"Chris" doesn't listen too well, walked in to return a shelf item that for whatever reason, made us sick...the only thing s/he focused on was the stores ability to "resale" the item and thus proceeded to offer a hard time, instead of first* informing the customer of their return options - which at that point should've been "her" main point of focus. S/he needs more training - even the store mgr seemed annoyed with "her" petty call to the register.

Chris is such a delight. The perfect person for morning shift she’s welcoming and always greets with a smile. Chris goes beyond the regular customer service standard.

I walk into this World Market, see a price for a coffee table that is $150 online, but $60 in store. I drive a small car, so I asked if I could buy the one that was on the floor, not in the box.
I can’t fit the box in my car. I was told no, I can’t do that, but we have a company that will do it for you. I was quoted $150 for that company.
I ask again, is there any other option. Could be assembled for $25. At this point, I don’t want to do all of that. I see if I can buy both, and return the one in the box, as I was told it was a “system issue” that they couldn’t sell me the one in the box.
I asked why that wasn’t possible, they said “because it was a work around.” Your managers are super unhelpful. Not shopping here for furniture again unless something can be done.

Just went in and Chris (i think was her name) looked out for me and helped me choose between my cupons for the best deal! It was my first time there and I didn’t know how to use the digital coupons or that they gave you multiple, and she guided me to the best deal. Great customer service! Will be returning! :)

The cashier is unbelievably rude and hostile every time I have gone. It's always the same woman. Today was the last straw for me and I won't be returning to this location

World Market is a great place to get those unique treats and culinary items that are common in other countries from the UK to Japan.You can find everything from tea to plates, clothing to cushions.It's a fun place to try out things you've heard about from Europe and Asia without having to deal with TSA.

This place is nice, but my friend just bought a bowl. There are dent and scratch under the label of this bowl. They covered it with labels. This bowl is 13 dollars.I'm not sure if it's a coincidence or something else.

I had been wanting some mixed size asthetic pasta bowl/plates for a long time now. When I went into the store, they had these beautiful green plates but only had stock in the salad plate size and a single standard dinner plate size in that color. Wendy was super helpful in telling me my options to try to find those larger plates online. They were just very popular and didn't have enough in stock for me to complete my set. I ended up finding a set that complimented the smaller green plates and I adore the mix match vibes. Wendy also ended up checking me out and made sure I got the 15% off discount that came with signing up for their rewards program. She really made an experience that could have ruined my day so much brighter and she deserves the recognition for it :)

Corporate and the Regional manager have a lot of work to do. Never seen a brand so bad at customer service.
