I love this store. Staff are friendly. Low stock thought on certain items but hey I have worked for this company before so I definitely know it’s not the staff’s fault.

They either don't sell the products they use to or there no longer being shown online thru their app. On app it shows 6 Redkin products only. All in which are hair color products. Store is not carrying much of anything anymore. It's very sad. We use to enjoy shopping here. Held almost ever product possible in store. Very disappointing. But then again everything has changed in the world since our pandemic.

Lady complains about having no one to work there. Then proceeded to complain about doing her job. My class came in to this store about 2 months ago to set up our account. Then a few of us came in again today and we got yelled at because we didn’t have accounts but that’s not our fault when it’s not our job to set them up it’s hers. This time she also didn’t help she called customer service on the store phone to help us instead of doing her job. HORRIBLE customer service. I will never be coming to this store again. RIDICULOUS

Wasn't open on time. Had to sit in my car and wait 30mins until, someone finally came to open up on a Saturday morning. The business is a revolving door with employees.
