Customer service at this store is just phenomenal. People who work there are just so friendly and helpful.Nice / clean store. Would definitely go back.Only problem would be the parking.

I tried to call the store to check on a jacket since I don’t live close. The number they have is their customer service center and I was told the Atlanta store (perhaps he meant all stores) does not accept phone calls because they want to focus on helping customers in the store. I was so surprised I didn’t know what to say. What has businesses come to these days that they refuse to answer phones nor help customers unless they’re in the physical store. Laughable.

Beware! They will not let you use your gift cards online. I returned merchandise for store credit which was given to me via gift card. They cannot accommodate any type of remote ordering via gift card- must go to physical store. I live more than 500 miles away from a store. So frustrating!

Ghetto customer service , guy with curly hair at the register is rude and unprofessional and very disrespectful. Especially when im spending money there at least you can say thank you and not throw the jewelry im trying to buy
