I the owner ( boss lady ) ,and she was very helpful in making sure that my bags were well packaged. Even though it was my first time shipping anything. She made it a very pleasant experience.

Believe the horrible reviews. Use them at your own peril. They will steal from you, overcharge you, lose your package and hold you responsible for their mess up without remorse.

Desperate need to improve customer's service. Stop the act of discarding customer concerns/inquiries.
