Waiting time was too long, I don't know why they didn't want to assist me. I only came for a simple exam. I spent more than 4 hours and no one attended to me.

Nice enough building in convenient location came here for work drug test. Staff was friendly but paperwork was slow and very redundant systems could use improvement. All my info already provided by company yet I had to give it a few different times on different forms.

I came at 1:22 pm for a recertification for work and was told I it was suppose to be an hour and 45 minutes. 3 hours later and I’m still here. This is extremely unprofessional and is ridiculous. This location needs isn’t considered when it comes to people’s time

I whent to concentra fo WC. Claim the waiting time from 12:15 till 4:30 there was like 15 people whe I got there.! and when the provider finally sees me she only said take advil for pain. All that time waiting for just said take advil? waisted time.

I do not recommend coming here . I only came here because my employer picked this location. The staff was SOOO rude . The only nice individual was the lady at the front desk and the nice young lady who took my vitals . The doctor had the nastiest attitude ever . It’s scary to think there are people in healthcare who have 0 compassion for their patients. Wait 35 mins in waiting room mind you I came at 8am when they opened so there was no else there. Then wait over an hour for the doctor to come and see me . All for a simple physical exam . DO NOT COME HERE .

The staff were really great everyone had a nice attitude. They did the job well and kept the wait time at a short time I didn’t have to wait all day! It went by quickly thanks.
