Worst customer service of any business that I have ever dealt with. My bills are different every month. My cell phone service is not good. I pay for Brit Box and I cannot even access it now.

This review is about outside installation. We had xfinity installed on July 13. The representative said it would take 1 ti 2 week for them to dig the cable underground. It is now August 7, and they still haven't come by to finish the work.
We called on July 26, and customer service said they would send a technician to finish the job ASAP. ? I'm still waiting, and the problem is that the cable is a tripping hazard.
We might have to consider switching to another company because of this issue.
Internet speed is great. But service is a fail ??

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They are terrible and overcharge customers. I wish I had listened when ppl told me not to get it. The mobile is the worst I cancelled and they keep charging me and won’t give me a refund. The internet sucks too I will be canceling that too. Y’all are low key scammers.

Please, please go back to being a down to earth kind of company. By that, I mean please restore the kind of customer service you had when the company started years ago.
It is sad how Xfinity has become...greed is not nice. People need good customer service. It is very awful now!!!

NO COMPANY, NO COMPANY, NO, ABSOLUTELY “NO” COMPANY SUX AS BAD AS THIS P.O.S. INTERNET PROVIDER!!!
We have been “out of service” for almost 24 hours & due to “storms in the area”! I have a professional weather station set up at my home, we had a storm from 3:15 - 4:30pm yesterday then it quickly went southeast & dissipated.
The internet service went down at 11:37pm!
I cannot get a human to explain to me why. The poor customer service recordings spin you in a circle to to the eventual and unavoidable conclusion of GOODBYE!
I am going to change to A T & T fiber to leave one P.O.S. company for another just to make a ripple of a statement.

By the grace of god this company will get its karma one day.
They LIE to the MAX and try to make it seem like it’s ur FAULT.
I had three agents tell me when I decided to get cellphone Sevices that it will bundle it up with my current home internet making the home internet 20 dollars off because I am getting phone service.
Now they are saying that’s not true that’s not something you were offered. Making me look dumb well I will be looking for a different phone service . I had talked to many agents and u will get different agents tel u different things and I know for a fact what I signed up for from verbally taking to them and I had said go to the recording listen for urself they wouldn’t do that .
I will be looking for a different phone company this company is not Kay in their heads . They are the real scammers they only look after them selves I don’t even know how they are in business for this long after they keep lying over and over again it happened so many times the only think I could say if you could avoid this company please do because they are not their for their customers they just try to LURE customers with their LIES and later say they NEVER said that .
I willl look for an honest company and pls do urself a favor of doing the same thing
They deserve NO STarS but a THUMBs DOWN

This is the worst mobile company I have ever been with. First they call me offer me 2 IP14 Pro Unlimited. Sent the phones to me with the wrong connection information which was verified by the store when I went in. Then we had 2 weeks of difficulty getting the phones to work that we had to change phone numbers on one. Then after offering me the deal for 2 phones unlimited plan they assign one phone the wrong plane and made me pay $500 in overages. Then any time i would calling in since day one of receiving the phone the automated system does not recognize the phone number when I call. So i have to go through new activations to get to anyone for questions unless i have my account number. Then after disconnecting the service and paying the bill they claim i owe to get phone unlocked. Worse services in history.. The store manage called and spoke with the mobile department telling them what wrong and that its there fault and they still messed up my account and ha to pay extra. Then took 3 months to give credit and still didn't give me full credit Do NOT USE THIS SERVICE. And even with this review, it forces you to click one star in order to submit. You don't even get one star.

Terrible company who intentionally overcharge their customers, especially senior customers who are not tech savvy. RUN AWAY from Comcast and all of its subsidiaries including Xfinity internet, cable and Xfinity mobile. They don’t care about hurting their customers because they are too busy feeding their own money-hungry greed.

I’ve been with Xfinity since 2016 and hadn’t had any major issues until now. In this day and time many of us need internet to work from home, an unexpected service disruption is critical and causes us not to be able to work. That’s a BIG issue!! Our service has been out since Friday due to a tree limb knocking the line down. It’s Monday!! Initially we were told someone would be out saturday and no one showed up. Called back Sunday and we were told, Wednesday…. WEDNESDAY!!!! We insisted someone come out that day, talked to 5 people and sadly none of them were local. Truthfully for tech services… we need to speak with someone LOCAL. Someone who can address urgent matters. In this day and age and with the ridiculous growing cost of services it’s critical to have better customer service. Finally we were told someone would be out Tuesday instead and we are “wait listed” for Monday (which I don’t believe). It’s all still very frustrating and with very little concern from Xfinity.

Xfinity has to be one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with! We spoke with a representative around noon today to let them know their cable had fallen across my driveway and we needed someone to come to repair it. They told us someone would be out around 5 PM to 7 PM, it’s 7:45 PM right now and no one has arrived. I called again and spoke with another representative to explain the situation again not only did they not seem concerned, but they had me a hold for so long I thought they forgot about me. Then the representative told me someone would be out to repair the line sometime tomorrow. After I explained to him that we were told someone would be out today between 5pm and 7pm he put me on hold again then came back and said someone would be out before 7 PM today!? It was 7:30 pm as we spoke! When I informed him of the time the call drop! The worst!!!

I have been having a problem with Comcast business for over a year now. I have been getting the runaround from Comcast. They can’t seem to disconnect my service. They have overcharged me about $1000 since last year and continue to charge me monthly, even though I have email records Back through February of me communicating with them and them promising me they would take care of the issue. I have recently reached out to corporate and cannot get an email response back from them except at the end of the day that they didn’t have time to get a hold of me. They are actually forcing me to take some kind of other actions like writing a review to hopefully get a response out of them. Please contact me back here
with the direct number of a supervisor that I can contact.
Update as of 6.18 After posting this review I sent an email to an escalated Comcast corporate customer service email address. In summary they finally listened to me, reviewed all the information and corrected the issue to my satisfaction. Fritz in their corporate communications department was the first and only person who listened to me and took responsibility and corrected the situation. Cheer to Fritz.

I've been with the company since they were Comcast. This is the absolute worst service and customer service I've experienced. They get there payment every month on time. I have ALL of their services. I work from home and because they expect me to wait a week for a technician, I have to drive 2.5 hours to and from work! I train Customer Service and therefore expect great customer service. Xfinity does not care about their customers. And stop outsourcing ALL of the CSR jobs to other countries. I know you're trying to save money but it's a disservice to your customers. Bottom line, do better. I'm definitely going to rid myself of anything Xfinity as soon as possible.

Home Internet for Xfinity is by far the worst Internet service I’ve ever had in my entire life. Constant losing Wi-Fi multiple times throughout the day they’ve replaced my router twice. They rewired it twice and I still have nothing but problems. I am in eastern Tennessee.
