Yes I not sure about what's really going on here. But they never answers the phone,also it says they have apartment availability, no one ever call you back I have left several messages. Also when I did run into someone in the leasing parking lot she told me she was on her way to lunch and couldn't talk to me. So this place let me know that it's not for me or anyone else that needs a nice place to call home to mine red flag.

I have lived here for 5 years. Parking space is limited. I had a problem with my car getting broken into twice. This is a gated community. Management would not pay for damage cause by the kia boys. I do like that they keep the community clean. Maintenance(CJ) is awesome when it comes to completing work orders

Camekca is great at her craft super friendly super knowledgeable! I love the property it clean safe and the inside is really nice. I’m thankful to have new home in a beautiful community

If I could rate Erika a 1000 I will because she went above and beyond to help me become a resident she work nonstop to make sure I Become a resident I explain to her that I had a deadline to be out of my old apartments and she made everything possible thank you so much

I would like to rate Columbia Mill a MILLION stars. I first met Precious, who is beyond amazing. She worked extremely hard to make sure I became a resident. Ms. Evelyn was extremely understanding anytime I had any issues. CJ was the best maintenance man I ever met in my life. So sweet and caring. This is truly an amazing team and I thoroughly enjoyed my time here. If you have the opportunity, I suggest you give them a chance to be your new home!
