First off, beautiful property! Very quiet and ducked off! But I’m here to talk about the customer service ! Chantrecia is an ANGEL! Matter fact a goddess! Coming from a previous property with terrible experience, she immediately greeted me, gave excellent information and even took the liberty of going out the way to call surrounding properties to assist me with finding a unit, perfect for me. I loved this experience. If I wasn’t concerned about how it would look. I would have started crying because it means so much to me when people are passionate and kind when providing a service, especially customer service. So to whom it concerns, please give her her flowers and raise ! Thank you Chantecia, so much. So so so much !

When I first moved into this community in 2013, the management was fine, but in the past year, the experience here has been nothing more than awful. For starters, it takes months for simple maintenance issues to be resolved and WEEKS for maintenance emergencies! I have been without air conditioning for 3 weeks now, and no one knows what they are doing. I was told that it was fixed, then I was told that the parts are on back order. Then when the property finally got an outside professional to fix it (3 weeks later), the air is STILL not working. My thermostat read 86 degrees and my son had bloody noses 4 nights in a row due to the heat. It also took them over a week to provide me with temporary a.c. unit but it is only downstairs and my entire upstairs (where the bedroom is) remains extremely hot and humid. The maintenance manager literally does not care and the leasing office manager is over worked and does not even have time to deal with half of the issues of the residents.
