What a fantastic experience working with Cococo Home in Charlotte, N.C.! Thank you Casey for showing us all the options and working with us to design our new leather sofa, chairs, and ottomans. The pieces are so well made and look fabulous in our home. Your prices were also lower in price than other stores and the quality was far superior. Special thanks to your Shipping Department because everything was wrapped carefully and crated well for its journey to us in Florida. We've already picked out another piece to purchase.Thank you!

Wonderful company

Regarding our recently purchased furniture, would like to pass on to Steve, Jennifer, and the staff how much we are pleased with the quality of workmanship of our new sofa, two chairs, and ottoman. We have been searching for several years for an American furniture company that puts quality, style, and durability in their construction and we’ve found that in Cococo! The feel of the fabric/leather is great, the comfort of seating is wonderful, the craftsmanship is both aesthetically pleasing and so comfortable to sit in…very glad you opened the showroom in Atlanta so we could get a ‘hands-on’ trial of your furniture. Thanks again for making beautiful, comfy couches...living up to your name!

Extremely poor customer service and quality control.

So many incredible things to say about CoCoCo! The customer service was phenomenal from start to finish. We first visited the Atlanta store in May after looking at so many retailers for a large, beautiful and comfy sectional. The store associates were so helpful in showing us all options. We immediately fell in love with the modern style of the Monroe sectional and were excited about the countless options of customization. We purchased a 110x110 Monroe sectional with Trillium fiber fill, in the deepest depth, in a chestnut colored Berkshire leather. We were updated constantly on the progress of the sectional as it was in production. The final product is perfect! It really is such a versatile style and fits our "industrial glam" aesthetic in our living space. Be prepared to shell out a pretty penny, but you get what you pay for...and it's so worth it!

Terrible communication and customer service. When you order a couch (which we did) or have a repair (which we did), the activity goes into a black box. They missed every deadline and once missed, you have to call them week after week to hear the same non-committal responses. We had to escalate to the company's management in North Carolina on multiple occasions. It is not worth it. We wanted to buy from a local company (vs. a Restoration Hardware) but this one has zero ability to manage its supply chain or provide customer service. Save yourself the time and energy and buy elsewhere or expect months of delays.

After much shopping, my wife and I decided on a Cococo Durham. We loved the quality of their couch and the leather was far superior to anything we had seen. Our Atlanta salesperson, Lily, was an absolute delight. It was a GREAT decision. That was 2 years ago.

My husband and I purchased a SoHo Chesterfield Loveseat in Berkshire Bourbon earlier this year. Lilli was tremendously helpful (by email and in person) in helping me choose the leather and other details. Our loveseat arrived on schedule and is so beautiful and comfortable! I honestly planned on having the Chesterfield as simply a timeless statement piece in our home, but it is so cozy and comfortable, it is now my go-to spot!

Ordered my furniture back in May with lead time of 10 weeks. Still don’t have it (almost September). Sale people are not calling back, shipping company is not picking up the phone on top of having dysfunctional website. And that’s for almost 10k price tag. Extremely disappointed

I purchased a custom couch and matching ottoman from this company about a year and a half ago. I was on the hunt to find a great chesterfield style couch and the options i was finding elsewhere seemed overpriced...Restoration hardware wanted over $10k for what I was looking for, so I was thrilled to find CoCoCo home. Not only did they make a great looking chesterfield, but I could customize the size, nailhead colors, leg design and material. Being the owner of three dogs who like to jump on our couches I picked a leather option that looked great "distressed," so that now scratches add to the character of the couch instead of stress me out. Total my order came in at over $7k. Major win! Where things fell apart was post purchase, the customer service drastically dropped off. I was told the couch would be delivered by a certain date and sure enough that date came went without one update from the company....but they didn't forget to charge my credit card for the remainder of the order! When I followed up I was told they were running two weeks behind on their production schedule. I understand things happen, so I let it go, I'm supposed to be getting a handmade high quality couch right? After a month of pestering them for updates the couch finally comes. We had moved into a new house and didn't have a couch for 2.5 months so the delay was really inconvenient, but it looked great so I was happy! Fast forward to now....three of the tufts have popped out and the buttons have come off the couch. When I saw this I was pretty pissed because we waited a long time for what I thought was going to be a very durable piece of furniture. I called CoCoCo and told them what happened and they said they'd have to send someone out to inspect the furniture and if they couldn't get anyone out they'd send me a tool to do the repair myself....apparently they couldn't find whatever tool I needed so I had to schedule time for a repair man to come out. When he got there I told him about CoCoCo mentioning that they were planning to send a tool and let us self repair. He laughed and told me he was going to have to take the entire couch apart and that the issue was a major problem. CoCoCo tells me that if I have them pick up the couch on a Saturday that they can have it back the following week and will only be without it for a few days (as little as two). However the repair company has now had the couch for two weeks and is telling me they will have it for a third. And I've been following up directly with the repair company....no updates from CoCoCo of course. It seems like this company has a huge problem with communication. That on top of the issues in quality I would strongly encourage others to consider this if you're thinking about purchasing from them. They do get two stars for having a great looking couch and covering the repair....what a hassle though! Nobody has time to deal with that!

I'd give my Cococo Home couch 10 stars if I could. It is drop dead gorgeous. It looks like a couch that would cost at least $10,000 in a store. Gorgeous doesn't matter if it's a piece of junk, right? This couch is built to outlive me! Solid as a rock (the joints, etc. not the cushion!), and the workmanship is stellar, and believe me, I checked! The tufting is incredibly, there are no loose buttons, no crooked stitches, it's perfect. It's also stunning. I wanted red, and boy did I get red! The quality and variety of leathers Cococo Home offers is vastly superior to any any retail store. I asked for many samples, and no one batted an eyelash. They were sent promptly, and were large enough to get a good feel for the leather. The construction took longer than I thought it would. The only "ding" I give Cococo Home is that once I ordered, I didn't hear a peep from them unless I contacted them. The leather was out of stock; I specifically said, "If the leather I pick is out of stock, please let me know and I will pick a different one because there are many I love." Nope. No one told me. I had asked repeatedly for the leather tannery's description of the leather I chose, and no one could provide that (and the tannery told me "we do not sell a leather by that name"). I'd STILL like to get that, if anyone reads this review! When my couch was done, the arrangement for shipping was passed off from the sales staff and onto someone that, well, I was going to take a star off because it was just not a pleasant experience. It wasn't awful--I just felt like she didn't care at ALL about me, or my couch, or the money I spent to get something I hadn't even seen. And I patiently waited a LOT longer than their web site says. And there was no "thanks for your patience" or anything. In fact, I was contacted in a really sort of anonymous email and told I had to pay $XXX directly to the shipper, so I did. A couple days later, I was told by a DIFFERENT shipper "Your furniture will not be released until you pay for shipping." Excuse me, but I already did! I got a brief, impersonal and unfriendly email from the shipping person explaining that all was well. And that's the last I heard from them. No follow up. Steve, the boss, has replied to my emails on various issues. He is a very nice man. But I sort of feel like people who trust in a company to build them a custom piece of furniture, pay in advance, and wait for months should probably get a call or email a week or so after their furniture arrives just as a follow up. I think they hit it out of the park (A+) on the web site, order process, selection, and of course quality. And get a solid C on logistics. Will absolutely use them again if I never need to buy more furniture!
