My agent My Quyen Merkouris has been an amazing staple at State Farm. She is a wonderful person and a great assistance when Ever needed. We have worked with for at least 10 years and she has always been extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Her customer service and insurance knowledge is unmatched which is comforting for every change or decision that needs to be made. I truly could go on and on she's just that GREAT!! State Farm is lucky to have her and you would be too if she becomes your agent!! ☺️

Very unprofessional office. I came in hoping to sign up for a policy and was asked upon entry to sit outside and talk over the phone instead of sitting in their office, that was empty.

The employees that I have interacted with have been exceptional! James, Rob and Clyde Hill himself are ALL phenomenal service people. I am continually impressed with every interaction that I have. In an age when customer service is waning, this office has brought it back to the forefront, clearly putting the needs of their customers at the helm.
