Amazing customer service. My boyfriend had researched a watch and found it to be sold at this location. Tova was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and generous. He received a discount and we were both offered beverages. I was given a small bottle of ginger ale to enjoy while they sized the watch. Tova and I chatted about my love for Swatches and silver and she gave me free silver cleaner! She bagged everything and told us we could return for any repairs or cleanings. I highly recommend this store. Tova and the gentleman who adjusted the links were very nice and helpful.

Most honest jeweler in Atlanta!!! I bought an engagement ring from Classic Jewelry and could not have been happier with my selection. I did hours of research on how to select the right diamond before visiting jewelry stores. I felt like all of them were trying to rip me off until I went to see Tova at Classic Jewelry. Tova answered all my questions truthfully and ordered multiple diamonds for me to inspect. When I found the right one, she helped me chose a solitaire band that looked perfect! I was so happy with her service that I bought my wedding bands with her as well. Tova is very knowledgeable and her years of experience in the jewelry business shows. She made me feel very comfortable and confident in my purchase. I plan on seeing her again when my anniversary comes up!

I've only had positive experiences here! The owner, Tova, is friendly, personable and accommodating. I have a very small wrist and she has always found the right pieces to fit me and not be too heavy. I absolutely love the Philip Stein pieces with the Natural Frequency Technology, the stress-reduction bracelet has been perfect. Tova was able to specially order me a beautiful, delicate Philip Stein watch that had their special technology and I couldn't be happier with it.
