They sold me dance shoes that looked like they’ve been rented out . They were a little dirty and when I put them on they lean I can’t even stand up . I’ve learned my lesson to never shop here again they don’t do refunds or exchange

I've been shopping with the owner for a couple months with no issues! They're Jamaican and very friendly. Huge selection and good value. The no exchanges and refunds is stated upon purchase and there's signs in the store- keep in mind this is a small business, not a corporation or franchise like forever 21, Macy's, or another store that has a different type of insurance and therefore different type of return policy. The owner himself doesn't manufacture the shoes or the clothes, he buys wholesale just like everyone else. He's not responsible for the shoes falling apart. I would recommend reaching out to the manufacture who could possibly replace them for you or at minimum offer to repair them free of charge. Especially a company like Pleasers, who manufactures the majority of dance and costume shoes. I hope this helps!'

Great selection of dancewear, "comfortable" clothing &shoes. The shoes in the back have a tag with the price &sizes available. I wish they did this for the clothing. It can be very frustrating. Going back &forth over what each item you like cost

Date 11.11.2022- I have been shopping at this store since I was 21 years old I’m 37 yrs currently. Today I went in after searching near by locations for a jumpsuit and decided to travel south to this store because I’ve always been a customer. I went inside the store there was only one other person in the store with myself. I asked for assist Getting a jumpsuit down from the back wall the store owner said yes let me help you. Then!!! Forgot I was standing there at the location he left me for over 10 minutes an attending to the other Women who walked in the store waayy after me like 5 different customers. As I stood in the same location he left I voiced that I was still in the back of the store no one came so I walked to the front of the store and voiced that he had forgot me and the owner said they other women were there first and kept talking to them sir no thank you!Listen save your money and shop on Shein, Amazon or Another site. It’s over priced here and the customer service sucks! 1 Star!! Horrible I do not recommend!!! It is not the same as before!

I would share pictures but it is not rated for everyone. This is the best place to shop for dance wear. Reasonable prices! This is the only place I shop for my clothes. The best material and GREAT customer service! I highly recommend!

Love this store for work outfits/shoes on a budget. Owners are very polite and friendly, 4/5 because sometimes the clothing is a bit too cheap, have had outfits fall apart or break on me before even using them.

Rondo has a very awesome vibe and very nice person….he has staff/family that is so cool and so sweet….am from Nashville TN and when I come to Atlanta class hour fashion is my new dance outfits and very awesome prices….he will make your day even if you are just looking….go check them out❤️❤️❤️❤️???nothing but love in the air

I went to purchase an outfit from this store and the man gave me the wrong outfit. I didn't check it when he came from the back. I can't return or exchange it. Waste of money.

At first I really liked this store the first time i came when i got home I realized they gave me the wrong outfit when i came back and expressed that they acted like they didn’t care second time i came i had a hole in my outfit before i even could try it on !!!i called the owner did not care I would suggest to check every piece of clothing before you leave they have great outfits but the customer service is trash
