I absolutely LOVE living at City View Vinings. The office staff Renee, Diana, Robbie and Fabrizio are AMAZING! They go above and beyond to make sure residents are happy and taken care of. Everyone is always so friendly and ready to help.
Maintenance stays on top of everything. The maintenance guys are the BEST! The property is well kept up! It’s always super clean and nice! They have a lot of fun events for residents as well. If you are looking for a place that cares check City View out! I’ve lived in a couple other apartments close to The Battery and City View is by far the BEST!

As a resident for many years, I've always found the staff really responsive and helpful. The location is great, and the amenities, especially the coffee and gym, have been great to have on hand.

Most are pushed to leave a review immediately after signing lease. and then the bad reviews only occur when something horrific happens. My heart goes out to the poor souls dealing with such inconveniences. I wanted to wait until I stayed the duration. I stayed at City View for 13 months with an actual view of the sunset and Cumberland Blvd, not the pool (thankfully).
I loved how large the pantry space was, the electrical outlets did not over power anything, and everything was functional. In unit appliances, and water filtered on the fridge!!
Fiber is also available. I liked how the amenities were all indoors, and the safe delivery of packages with the Luxor locker.
I do have some minor complaints that can be improved upon however.
-The elevators would go out of commission sometimes for weeks at a time.
-The parking garage gate was constantly broken, (quite frankly that makes life a little easier because it does open slowly. )
-There was no callbox for the gate, I had to walk to the garage and keep pressing the gatekey button to let my guests in.. My callbox number also never worked..
-While community fun events were emailed and posted, rather important stuff was not real world tangible. A small picket sign with a snowflake saying 'Drip Your Faucets! FREEZE WARNING!' goes a long way. Call it old fashioned, but not everyone checks emails. Proof of this was a late night early AM fire alarm with flashing lights for about 24 hours mixed with anxious uncertainty for the entire community due to a frozen & busted pipe.
My biggest complaint however was that routine maintenance was seldom communicated. Let alone maintenance request. As a night shift worker, this was frightening to hear my door open in the morning, see people walk in and over my shoes, then just follow up with a "hey", to a pissed tenant. This made me very angry and in this city some people DO shoot the messenger! I dont but we all watch the news. Folks are crazy. All in all, I think this complex might have been my favorite even though rent was higher than I think it was worth for a first apartment. Better for families, and newlyweds. 8.5/10 experience. Thank you City View.

Gate is ALWAYS broken. EV charging stations have been broken for over 4-5 months with no repairs being made. Zero urgency to find alternative ways to make repairs.

I’ve only been here 3 months and my car was stolen from the parking deck.I chose city view because there were no reviews mentioning any car break ins. Most reviews mentioned it was a safe community. I believed that for a while too. I no longer feel safe.The gate is perpetually broken. The gate was broken (off and on) for two weeks when my car was stolen. Conveniently the guy was fixing it as I was talking to the cops about my stolen vehicle.There’s more issues, smaller in comparison and not worth noting at the moment. I would just say take this into consideration before moving here.

This is an amazing place to live. Great community, safe location, and even great management!!!! Anyone who is looking for also quick and easy access to restaurants, this is the spot! plus, we are close to the battery and the convention center.

Walked into City Views in the beginning of the summer looking for apartments for me and my girlfriend. I was greeted by Fabrizio and was able to get a tour right away. City Views has tons of amazing amenities such as their club room, sky lounge, gym, business center, pool and outdoor grilling. Fabrizio took good care of us and was able to secure us an apartment in the beginning of August. We’ve had zero issues with maintenance, deliveries and we are soo happy to be here. They do lots of community events such as hosting a chili and baked potato buffets and it’s a lively community. Thank you Fabrizio and the City View crew for making this community feel like home!
