I can’t say enough about this body shop. Not only am I thrilled with the work, the customer service is top notch!! From updates on the status to going above and beyond!!! They exceeded every one of my expectations. I highly recommend this establishment for all of your auto body needs.

This body shop is amazing. I got quotes from other places around ATL for 8k+ to fix a dent in my car. They not only removed the wrap and fixed the area, they also painted it the original color of my car in case I ever want to fully remove the wrap. All for an extremely reasonable price and great turnaround time. I highly recommend this shop and Jeff who was very thorough and communicative. Thank you guys so much again!

My door was dented 2 the point where I could barely open it.I brought my car on a Monday & it was done Wednesday.I looked like it was brand new.This place is really awsome??

Had some pretty rough damage done to the front left side of my fender. Went here and they had my car fixed and flipped within 5 days. I was so surprised. Had a mirror taken off and body damage in months previous, took it to a different shop and it took them about 6 weeks to turn it around. The owner here, Jeff, is super trustworthy and was nice throughout the whole process. I’m not from Atlanta, but it’s businesses like these that make Atlanta feel like home.

Honestly, an amazing experience overall. Jeff was very patient and transparent throughout the process, and I just got my car back, and they replaced the bumper seamlessly. Getting into an accident was very annoying, but Jeff's professionalism and the quality of work done at the shop truly made the process much smoother. I highly recommend this mechanic shop for anyone in need of auto repairs.

Jeff and his team are professional at City Auto Body Shop. They give you a quote and they do the work. I've been taking my vehicle there for over 10+ years. I'm a woman and it means a lot to me when I know the shop has reasonably price and honest people giving you great service. Thanks Carl?

I did not see a trashcan in the road and it tore my passenger side mirror off. They did a swell job in repairing door and replacing mirror!

I was in an accident and I was all over the place. I was upset my car did not look the same and I wanted my Queen blue back looking like her old self. Well Jeff and City Auto Body Shop did not disappoint. Queen Blue looks good. Maybe even a little better, lol. right down to the beautiful car wash. Jeff is nice, professional, and kind. I took my car to Jeff solely because of the reviews that I saw on his page & I’m adding my own to attest the same opinion that I saw across different individuals’ comments. Jeff is one of the easiest and most genuine people that I’ve ever worked with!! Never have I felt more at ease during a situation as stressful as mine (new car & accident in a new city) than I did after speaking to Jeff about my car. If I ever were to move away from the city and had the need to go to a body shop again, let me tell you, I would go a great distance just to bring my car back here. Exceptional customer service. Horrible experience. They kept lying about when they will start and complete the work. I do not think they have experience with working on luxury cars. They made my car worse than what it was. I ended up having to spend more money and take my car to the dealership. I would not recommend at all.

These people wont f around. You would need an appointment to get your car in. They are honest, upfront and do a great job of body repair. My right door passenger mirror got torn off and ended up doing some damage to the door. In less than a week they replaced the mirror and the door got repaired. Cant complain!
