Terrible Customer Service in Drive-thru. I hit called button, but there was no response for ~2mims. So I hit button again thinking maybe, I didn't press correctly the 1st time. Young lady comes to speaker "Can you wait"?! As I write this review, I've been waiting for ~7 mins in counting. I will definitely not come to this location again

Drive through is too slow. Either you’re putting money in or taking it out. Otherwise, they need to send customers inside. Seriously. One car in front of me at the window and I’ve been sitting here 15 minutes already. SMH

This Bank has given me the most horrible experience ever $40,000 went missing from my account. I filed a dispute and a claim and then they decided to close my account and they cut me a check when transactions were pending still on my account and I have well over five figures in my account to be able to cover those transactions, and they refused to let them post, I have been with several institutions and I have never dealt with this much racism before. I absolutely will be filing something with the FDIC I will take this back down and bankrupt it from the ground up if they don't rectify the situation.

This bank is horrible and honestly embarrassing. The only reason why such low level customers service is allowed and continues is because of the people and community it services and that is actually tragic. Publicly listed phone numbers that don't work, voice mails always full without the proper professional greeting but hey NOTHING is professional about this bank poor customer service DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE Iam actually amazed this bank hasn't been shut down.

DO NOT bank here. I tried so hard to support this back owned bank but they have lock my card leaving me stranded in another state. You cannot get anything fixed on this when calling with having to go through their ancient methods. They cannot even change your number on your account when you get a new number. I have called them and told them I have no way of coming to the location and still they cannot help. They are supposed to clear your cash 24 hours after you deposit cash and it took almost two days to get my access to my money. I called and informed them I was in another state and they would not even bother to let me know if they have travel restrictions or not. As soon as I get a chance I’m pulling out all of my funds and closing my account. Their practices are one of the main reason why the black community does not keep money with the institutions with in the black community.

We love the branch manager at cascade location Solange. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and excellent client skills. We are establishing a very long term relationship with the bank and Solange is a great ambassador!!

This is the worst bank ever. Closed my business acct. you can’t get in contact with anyone at the branch. CS closes the same time the bank closes, I tried to support but I can’t do it.??♀️

Do NOT bank with this bank. Literally the worst bank for personal or business or loans. Laundry list of issues with their services, staff, online banking, lack of customer service and then some. So many better places to Bank I’m going back to those

the ratings for this bank are well deserved. I wanted to help out and open a bank account with them because of the fact it was Black owned. I opened the account a few years ago and it has been a nightmare every since. Customer service sucks and they dont care. Fees are ridiculous for a mediocre checking that gives you no perks. Also they denied me credit when everyone else is just giving me cards. Getting in touch with someone is nearly impossible and when you do you have to hope they can help you. I closed my account (I thought) and kept getting over draft fees. So now im in the process of still trying to get it closed so it won't ruin my credit! Ill take my business and money else where. Black-owned or not I won't have any money anywhere that isn't going to benefit me and get treated bad also!!!
