They have been nothing, but amazing to me over the years! My first accident happened recently and they walked me through the entire process, which made it stress-free. Tiffany kept me updated with everything and reassured me as I felt crazy. I will not go with any other car insurance company! Highly recommend!(:

State Farm has been a great organization for me. being frustrated with insurance I looked out for other companies who might be able to provide equal customer service along with a great cost. That was not so productive. So I called Chris back wanting to reestablish my relationship with State Farm and he was really great, he looked for value that could be applied to My Account and at this point in time he explains everything if you need explanation I really like that too. I’ve never had any problems with Claims and I am so glad to be back with State Farm.

Seems like I’ve spoken to a million agents trying to get a decent quote and feeling like they’re just sales people, but Brittney actually took the time to explain things in a way I could understand and didn’t feel pushy about it. She was a pleasure to talk to. Kudos to you Brittney!!! Thank you
