Very poor service. My son has a broken tibia and we drove two hours to get here and they would not see us because we were a few minutes late. I am very disappointed in the healthcare system and the poor customer service received.

Had to change my sons appointment and go to the Atlanta office. One they only charged me 50.00 istead of my 60.00 deductible. When I tried to pay she just said the finance department will reach out. Why when my card literally say it’s 60.00. That’s why it’s there. Then we see Dr. Kroll. Who looked at the chart when he walked in seen it was a cast removal took the cast off and said that’s it the bone is fine. Mind you Dr. Busch (who is great) had a plan set up. Cast off, brace for two weeks, and then back to physical activity that was comfortable for my son. ( he had a broken wrist) We left with no brace. Even after telling Kroll what the plan was. I work in the medical field. I can tell a doc who just wants to get things done a mile away and that was him. Rushing. Didn’t look to see that Busch had it in my sons file and everything. Never again will we see him.

We had a great experience at East Cobb Pediatrics. Check in procedure for COVID-19 is super safe. Dr. Mona was very helpful and patient. She provided needed counselling for my kid. Looking forward to great results with my kid habits.

Dr Robert J Montero's bedside manners was impeccable very likeable guy and was reassuring about my child's condition. Everything turned out alright but he is excellent. I would recommend him if you local Atlanta area or surrounding.

My son broke his arm over the weekend and was seen in the emergency department. A temporary splint was put on his arm and the ER doc instructed us to take him in Monday for an exam and cast. It's Monday morning at 8 and after calling as soon as they openee I've been told that there are no same day appointments at the 3 closest locations near me. I took off of work today, my son is out of school and the splint that he is in is extremely uncomfortable and bulky, to the point that I can't even put a shirt over his arm because it won't fit. I asked the appointment scheduler why they wouldn't have some open same day appointments for emergencies-this is a pediatric group after all and these things happen over the weekends. We've always had great experiences with CHOA so this is very disappointing. You would think since they deal with kids they would be a little more flexible and understanding in trying to work in emergency appointments.
