In those cases, this is my closest location and they just about always have the items that I’m looking for when the website says they have it. “It’s amazing that despite the passing of two decades when I shopped for my own babies, this Wonderful gem still offers every beautiful item one could need for a baby shower, or a friend’s grandchild, or beloved newborn on the way in the family. I had to find a quick, beautifully wrapped, gorgeous hip baby outfit that i also wanted to be timeless and impeccable. PLUS a cool big sis gift. And both recipients live in NYC and the mom is a lauded author written up in The NY Times just this week! Of course, Vicki nailed it and helped me snag the perfect items for baby and big sis. And i got this gorgeous letter in the mail today, too. Truly says it all. Children’s Shop is the most fabulous stop for all your needs! Cheers to over 20 years of helping us all, you guys !”

“Amazing store!! I love ALL of the employees, especially Carly the homes coordinator, Jackie the manager, & Maria!! They were super helpful & friendly. They seem to have pride in their work. Belinda on the other hand, was super rude to the associates & seemed a little dingy. The store would be perfect if it weren't for the dirty bathrooms & Belinda. GET HER GONE!!!!!!”
“Men's department is on the small size so choices are limited. I was looking for some pants/jeans and I did end up buying some. The store is clean and the associates are helpful. There is a Gap Kids attached to this store. Would visit this store again.”

“Customer Service here regardless of who is working is EVERYTHING!Usually, the lovely manager Ambria is working when I do by drop-ins with her engaging assistance. Which leads to a great team of associates exuding the same welcoming & helpful assistance. Assistance = not pointing in the direction yet escorting you to desired needs by offering input & such.I can't say enough of the constant sales & uber coupons that come just frequently enough & without your email account being inundated by marketing emails.I like the price reduction charts that are located next to the displays of discounted items. This makes it easier to calculate the sales price. Even the items that are not on sale still have an affordable price point.Located next door is their sister store - OsKosh (you can access it internally) for bigger kids, yet similar styles & prices. Both sides of the store are in a tidy fashion allowing you to easily shop around.We all could use a friendly smile & positive vibrations - & here you will get both while shopping for the little ones.”

Then it clicked to always go up a size for comfort.”
“Easy to bring clothes in and the process is straight forward. After you have an account with them, you can get in and out quickly. They take gently used boys and girls clothes, shoes, and purses. You can find nice brands and the staff are friendly and helpful. They start taking spring/summer items January 1st. They do not take fall/winter items after January 1st.”
