I love Chicken Salad Chick! I try a different scope everytime i go! The sugar covered grapes and the broccoli salad are a must have…..Employer’s are very helpful and patient! A place you can enjoy your food in peace ‼️

I never thought chicken salad would be the highlight of my day but here we are! I can't believe it took me this long to try, but chicken salad normally doesn't get much of a reaction from me. CSC is an exception. Fresh, flavorful and all of the varieties have not disappointed. The ambiance reflects the food... clean, fresh, and friendly. Love this niche spot.

The staff is super friendly and helpful. The food tastes good, however as per the regional managers decision you can no longer have a cup for water. I think this is atrocious. For this fact I will not be spending my money at this location any longer.

Idk why it took me two years to try this place, and now I’m moving. It was so delish!! I want more!! The grape salad is so creative but so good!! Customer service was on par. They even give you a little cookie as a dessert. Only issue, I wish the sandwiches were bigger (but that’s only because I’m greedy lol!!)

I love Chicken Salad Chick. The Fancy Nancy is my favorite. It's one of the most popular. The side of broccoli salad is also deslish. I like you can earn points. At the end of the year you can buy their charity card to get a free item each month. They also have double point days and other promotions.

I put an order in to pick up in store at 7:15. The lobby is closed and the line is wrapped around the building. I didn’t get my food till after 7:45. Why did I pay and out my Order in ahead of time to have it gross by the time I get it. Take off the option for in store pick up or staff the store properly. The staff doesn’t deserve the angry customers cause corporate can’t keep the stories staffed. Ridiculous

First time here today but I would definitely try again. I had the Olivia's old chicken salad on a croissant with chicken and dumplings soup. I'll rate my food a 3.8 out of 5. Why? The croissant wasn't as fresh as it should have been and the soup was very bland, little to no seasoning. Chicken dumpling soup has to be seasoned! The reason why I gave 4 stars is because of the superb customer service I received from Leah, she was very professional, through, and honest. She offered a sample before I decided and she knew the food and menu like the back of her hand. She is an ideal employee and I hope she's recognized for the great customer service she offered today. It was such a pleasure today to go into a place where I was greeted and treated with value and respect. I definitely recommend Chicken Salad Chick!!! ⭐
