Everyone loves the neighborhood gas station. The clerks here are always nice-- the white (brown) guy in particular. Keep him because he is the one that's going to keep their business rolling.

This place is a DUMP. Trash cans overflowing into the parking lot, it stinks like a land fill, card readers in the pumps are worn out. They didn’t work with 3 different cards. The people inside couldn’t care less about having your business

Customer service representative sold me an outdated fantasy 5 ticket. I noticed immediately therefore he couldn't deny it and gave me another one but this time out of the Lottery machine

I am commenting another one star here ! Because I am truly sick of the guy that claims to be the owner/manager ! He is rude ! He keeps selling broken products after I’ve suggested he move the particular products from under the air conditioning vent- which is making these products I’m speaking of stale, and broken upon opening them. Please seek out new management for the store !

This Chevron gas station (station #375780) is relatively new. It was erected circa 2015. A package store and an infamously shady (strip club/prostitution?) joint simply known as "Girls-R-Fun" ( stood on this spot for many years until they were bulldozed to make way for this station. Before all that was bulldozed however, a sex shop tried to renovate the space and move in. That effort was ultimately unsuccessful. Why? I don't know, but I do remember seeing the construction and shop sign come up before the place tried to open. This Chevron has been a nice addition to the neighborhood if only to remove the eye sore that once stood here. The station and attached "EZ Market" convenience store are nice and clean and brightly lit at night. The pumps are in good condition and look great because, at the time of writing this review, they're still relatively new. I'm giving this station 2 out of 5 Yelp stars ("Meh. I've experienced better.") for the following reasons: 1. The gas prices are roughly 50 cents higher per gallon than QuikTrip. That's a lot, even if the gas contains Techron, Chevron's patented fuel additive which is supposed to be better for your engine because it removes build-up/deposits. 2. The station is small and can get easily cramped. There are only six pumps and it can be hard to maneuver and enter/exit when most of the pumps are taken because you can get blocked in by other vehicles. You can only enter/exit from one side: Northside Drive. 3. The station isn't located in the safest spot, traffic-wise. It's situated on the incline of a hill on busy Northside Drive near I-75. Folks traveling northbound fly down the hill. I've seen a countless number of near miss and rear-end accidents on Northside in front of this station. I've filled up at this station when needed, but I don't notice a difference in the performance of my engine when it's filled with Chevron gas, BP gas, Shell gas, RaceTrac gas, QT gas, Kroger gas, Costco gas, etc. It doesn't make a difference to me.

This place has been robbed several times. Shady cars would drive by and pilfer stuff from your car and you wouldn't know what took place. That's one of the reasons why I fill 'er up at Costco's and/or QT Crime report of Jan 8-14: 1545 Northside Dr. 207 Day Wed CHEVRON: Theft by Shoplifting arrest made Week of December 11-17, 2016 Stolen/Recovered: 2015 Silver Lexus R35. Vehicle stolen from the location while left running at the gas pump. The vehicle was later recovered abandoned Week of December 4-10, 2016: 1545 Northside Dr. (Chevron Station) 207 Eve Sat Stolen/Recovered: 2010 Black BMW 75L Al Tag. Vehicle stolen from the location while left running at the gas pump. Vehicle was later recovered abandoned.

Literally on Christmas day this younger Middle eastern/Indian employee guy comes in from outside yelling something of course in his native language. I came into the store only to get water and another item being that all the grocery stores near me were closed. So I was forced to come here. So, as I was checking out with the other clerk; he started to make negative comments while he was checking the other customer out at the other register and constantly kept looking over at me laughing , snickering, and making derogatory comments til it got to the point where I confronted him. I asked, "what seems to be the problem and why are you laughing." And he makes up something ,but says you left this beer up here. Now, the sad but funny thing is I saw the man who left the beer and drink up there and literally walked out ,but this shady clerk ASSUMES THAT it was me. I later tell him that the items were already up there before I got there and why would I be buying beer anyway with a child. I continue to say I hope you would not allow it. But for this clerk to be paying so much unneeded attention to me I wonder how in the hell he missed 3 loud rude guys come in together and put a whole bunch of stuff on the counter including the beer and leave it without paying. I came in to this Chevron gas station before and overheard another guy say everyone that looks like me don't come in to steal. So, that goes to show they must have a history and reputation for doing this to customers. And to boot thier customer service is horrible and items overpriced including the gas!

i think it's awesome that you can post an online review of a gas station but will anyone actually read it? who takes the time to conduct research online prior to filling up their tank? anyway, this store is clean and it replaced a dilapidated building that should've been torn down 20 years ago so it's a plus for the neighborhood. my only concern is access around the gas pumps. it dead ends and it's easy to get blocked in if you pull in past the pumps. as long as you're aware of that, i'd recommend it.
