We been using this cleaners for the last six months and have been very happy with the quality and professional service. Often my dresses have sashes that require additional cleaning. To date none of my sashes or smaller items have been damaged or gone missing. In the summer I dry cleaning a lot of my linen items, again they have stood up to the gentle cleaning and care. If you live in the area this is a very convenient and professional dry cleaner!

I dropped my clothes off about a year ago and came in with no ticket or identification. Then by just by telling my name they had and found my clothes in seconds!Amazing organization and service!Very impressed!!

DOES THIS LOOK OKAY TO YOU?Very sad. Been going to another cleaners for a couple years, but this place is across the street so thought I would try it. Took my body pillow I've had for 6 years and they ruined it. They said it would be ready Monday, but when I went they said Wednesday instead, so I was patient. Came back to find it all bulky and the filling to one side.He said that no other cleaner could have done better because there is no zipper on the pillow. I told him the point of taking it to a cleaner is to clean unusual items without destroying them. I could have put it in my washer and got the same result. He wouldn't even offer a discount, but when I pressed him, he said 10%. Don't bother. Lesson learned. Stick with the place that is farther but has never steered me wrong.

This may have been the worst dry cleaning experience I ever had. I took my clothes there...I’m still trying to figure out what did they steam or press, but it wasn’t anything I brung to them. They look like they just put my clothes on a hanger. Just terrible !!!

DO not take anything to this cleaners. Terrible experience with rude owners and some clothes looked like they were never cleaned. May be new owners also.

This place RUINED a $500 silk DVF dress. They tried to say it was my fault and a designer flaw, when in fact, they pressed it too long with hanger strap marks showing they pressed it too long. There were spots all over the dress. I took the ruined dress to DVF with a handwritten letter from the store manager stating it was clearly the cleaner's fault stating it was pressed too long. After this, and threatening to get my attorney involved, they didn't even offer to pay for the dress. They wanted ME to go to a fabric store and they would have their seamstress replace the ruined panel of the dress...of course there's no fabric that will match a unique DVF silk dress. Please DO NOT take your expensive clothes here unless you want them ruined or want to light your hard earned money on fire.

I would give a minus 100 stars if I could.They shrunk all of my shirts and my $650 suit. They threw it in the wash instead of dry cleaning it and when I went to complain, they screamed at me to get of there and never come back.So obnoxious. We were amazing customers yet they treated us like garbage.AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!
