Came into this location to talk to about some investment opportunities. As soon as i walked in I was greeted and assisted towards a private office. The lady who helped me was very friendly, sweet, personable, and informative. She was able to answer all my questions and provided me with all the information J needed.

Staff at this location doesn’t have a sense customer service. They also gave me a sense of discrimination when I was trying to open an account.

Now that I’m reading the reviews I realize why their rating is so low. I always come here to use the outdoor atm machine which is always working. Twice I had appointments, today was for 9:30. I arrived shortly before my appointment time and I’m just getting in to open an account at 10:16!! Why make an appointment if I’m still going to have a 45 minute wait!?

Private client banker lady wouldn't see me to open an account even though I have a bunch of accounts with them already am a private client myself. And she had 20 minutes before her next appointment.What are you doing if you're not doing your job??

Stay away! I had an appt for 12/06 at 4:00 pm with Adrian Landon. I arrived at 3:30 and went to the counter to see if I needed to sign in. Teller told me to have a seat and she would let him know I had arrived. 4:07 I approached the same teller and asked how much longer I would have to wait. She proceeded to tell me that she had called him and he was 5 min away. At 4:20 a different teller approached me and told me she called Mr. Landon and he sent her to voicemail. How unprofessional! If he wasn’t going to show up, they should have made me aware the second I walked in. I took time off work to be there.

I’ve been with Chase for a few years now, however I had a closed account. Went to the branch to open a new account, the banker did not REQUEST for all my information to open my new account. So I get a letter and a call saying I need to go back to the branch to show some type of ID, chase closed my account and the bankers had me going back and forth stating I didn’t have enough information to open back my account! Chase could not open my back my account, that I had to open a new account! Why couldn’t they just tell me that in the first place?! The tellers helped me out better than the bankers. And I got more done myself than the bankers did. They just want you in and out. They don’t care about the customer service anymore!

This is the 4 time we’ve been to this location to allow me to be a signer on the business account. Yesterday, we showed up in person to sign a document which would allow me to sign checks on the business account.We were told by David Whatley Jr. that the “banker” Sabe Solomon, or Solemon - (who normally works out of a Lawrenceville office) we needed to meet with was at lunch. Did I mention, we only needed to give them a signature?We needed to make an appointment to meet on Saturday morning at 10:00am. She told us to have a seat, that her 9:00am apt. Went over. Now we are sitting down at 10:13am. This seems incredible for just a signature. We told her the name of the company 3 times as she was typing it in. One would think, she’d have done her research and have everything ready.Not so. If it weren’t such a pain - we’d go to a competitor, like Wells Fargo.The customer service - was pathetic. COVID-19 seems like just an excuse for companies to have less of a work force in place and poor customer service. Very Disappointed,Rick McKain
